Went in to get a ALL my fluids changed and flushed, assistant manager Myka and his crew got me in and out right away with great service and even adjusted the price a bit to help with final cost.

I used this location every time I need an oil change. However, that will NOT be happening again. One of my visits last year, they did not secure the skid plate under my car, I didn't notice until I hit a speed bump. I stopped in and they fixed it right aaway. Then today, a month after my last service, the skid plate came loose AGAIN on I84. My skid plate is bent, damaged, and now held together with zipties.
Don't use them. It's not worth the small damage to my vehicle and the probability that something else will happen.

Manager was very cheerfully able to provide ALL the services my car needed: oil change, new filters, solenoid replacement, new brakes and even tires!! I was happily surprised that I was able to get all that done right there, right now!!. Okay, I'll go by to get tires put on this week, but otherwise I would have had to go to at least a couple more places to get all yhat done. The guys did a great job!!!

** This location is high pressure with little customer service. If that sounds intimidating because you are older or vulnerable, go to Valvoline. They explain everything, give you options and even volunteer to change filters for free if you bring in your own. It takes longer but worth it.
Review:
I now understand why this location never has a line. Lol - as soon as I pull up they open my door and ask me to get out so they can pull it in and check my systems. No greeting or explanations. I walk over to the person who's is supposed to upsell me and he doesn't ask me anything but talks to the techs then says it's $123 for an oil change. I say I want conventional and he yells customer requests non recommended oil. That cuts the price in half. He points me to the waiting room but I ask to wait in my car which feels awkward because people keep checking things around me and talking about my car without acknowledging me or talking to me. I hear them talk about my oil gasket leaking but no one says anything to me about it. I pay and leave. The whole thing was quick which is a positive but so awkward I won't be back. I'll stick with Valvoline.

I don't plan on ever coming back. Very impersonal service, got an oil change and coolant flush, Their computer prompts them to ask for additional services that are not needed. They said my coolant was low and wanted to know if I wanted to have it topped off that obviously didn't make any sense since I was getting a coolant flush, they asked if I wanted to change my cabin air filter, but my vehicle doesn't have a cabin air filter. So that's two completely false services that were apparently suggested by the computer. Half of the crew seems to be in such a hurry that they seemed chemically enhanced it was difficult to have a conversation with them about the service that I wanted due to their extreme rush even though the shop was slow when I visited. If you look at your service checklist you'll notice that there's multiple things that will say declined that they never talk to you about. I was told that my power steering was leaking but it was not. I will continue my search for a better oil change experience.

Omg the experience I had here was above and beyond fantastic! I don't remember the young man's name that helped me but he was young with dirty blond hair. He was so polite and kind and was not in the least bit out to just charge me for whatever. He made sure my little red kia was safe to drive and did it with a smile!. I cannot recommend this place enough !

$118 for the cheapest oil change in my Subaru? With no other special service and no filters or anything being replaced? Is that a joke? I pay no more than $70 at all the other locations. This place is a rip off. I feel bad for the teenage girl in the lobby with me who got hit with a $650 bill. All she wanted was an oil change hahaha Absolutely go somewhere else people, this place is a scam.

Do not come here. I usually use jiffy lube for my routine oil changes, but will be finding a new place. I came for my last oil change and the tech told me I was due for spark plug replacement. They quoted me $160 for this service. I came 2 weeks later for the spark plug replacement and was quoted 35 minutes for completion. This is when they told me the price would be more than double what they quoted- over $400. Wtf. I left immediately after this. How dare you prey on vehicle owners by throwing around numbers that are not accurate. Bullshit. If you don't know the price, you shouldn't be quoting the price end of story. Mind you, I was quoted $160 on two separate occasions and had a print out that said it would be $160 for my vehicle. PREDATORY. Literally go anywhere but here.
