I needed to wire money in emergency being in another state. But they didn't have a key bank there. They say to get that amount of money I need to go to a key bank branch. Since there no key bank there they couldn't do anything. Make me waist $5,000 paying for hotel and car rental longer so I can could figure out how to get the money from a friend. They didn't care i had an emergency.

Today I had the worst experience ever when I could not remove funds from my account because I didn’t have 2 forms of id I told them I was able to provide my social number or we could verify with my number they denied it said I was fraud to them I decided to try to get him to repeat it when the man would not say it again because I was now recording him had the nerve to get up and walk away yet again they was able to deposit my check but not give me funds I consider that stealing them not being able to verify another way was pretty shietty I will be removed my funds and bank with someone else that actually cares and won’t just take my money! If I could I would rate this place a zero if I could

I just want to say thank you to Steve. It’s the simple things that make people stand out. I had my debit card shipped to the KeyBank here so that I could pick it up because we were in the process of moving. I was told it was ready to pick up today and I had my three-year-old autistic son with me, and I called and spoke to Steve explaining to him that it would be easier if I picked it up through the drive-through teller, but he said that he would need me to come inside Because I need to show ID. As I was getting out of the cardigan side with my son, he met me in the parking lot With my debit card. I showed him my ID and was on my way. Like I said, something so simple makes a huge difference in peoples lives. You saved me time and stress. Like I said, my son is autistic, and it is a gamble whether he would be happy to be inside the building or not. Thank you Steve! There are great people out there.

not impressed with key bank branch in gresham on eastman parkway ,, the employee and branch manager so rude , best buy credit card company had to refund me because i took a purchace back to best buy ,cti credit card company sent me a 300 dollar check this not a 3rd party check,, the teller kept looking at the check like it was a fake check,,, , i have a direct deposit every month ,, i was not over drawn ,, had plently of money in the bank at least 3 times amount of the check ,, i wanted to cash the cti bank check ,, i did not want it deposited ,, this is the second time i had problem with this branch, the branch manager was so rude did not explain very well why just very rude ,and the employee kept asking me what is the check for i thought thats none of her bussiness and the branch manager so rudly told me she has the right to ask the question,, i told the bank manager that was standing be hind the teller i said going to close my checking account ,, very rudly said i was threating him ,,, i have a right to say what i want its my money and it had my name on the check made out to me,its not a new checking account i have had a bank account over 10 years never over drawn once ,,, iam going to switch to Columbia bank across the street,, i just called key bank customer service and filed a compliant,, i dont understand why they could not cash a 300 dollar check when i had lots of money in the bank and not overdrawn ,, years ago i had a anuity check key bank would not cash for me i closed my checking account with key bank went to us bank cashed a big check no questions asked and gave me the cash when it was even brand new checking account and also got aprroved there credit card,, in which iam also going to close 2 key bank credit cards as well i only went back to key bank because its close to me ,, but columbia bank is a cross the street so iam moving my bank account there. that key bank branch is dead somtimes ,, when i went to that branch yesterday only had 1 teller open and there was a person behind me at least the branch teller could have said we will be with you in a moment i was standing there mabe 4 minutes iam disabled have a hard time standing in one place,, that happened before at this location where only had 1 teller open,, look at the other 1 star reviews from this key bank location obviously has problems at this branch ,, long time at key bank ,,i just bought new checks i planning to stay there,, i moving my checking account to a better bank that cares about there customers ,, with out our money there would be no bank,, theres so many banks and credit unions in gresham that want your bussiness

ATM took my SSI card. I immediately went in and although they had retrieved the card easily and I had photo ID they refused to return it too me because "it wasn't their card". Very poor form and wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Don't use the ATM at this location! It ate my mother-in-law's $200 and then said it couldn't complete the transaction.
