I love the loft but have to shop online because I live in a rural area. I happened to be in Gresham visiting and stopped in the loft at Gresham Station. Alia waited on me and was absolutely awesome. She offered outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond. You can bet I'll be back next time I'm in Gresham. Thank you to both sales ladies!

Went in for a pair of shorts on display, then I was approached by a MAN in drag! He was behind the counter asking if we could order online. I said No and booked it out of there. I will never purchase another item from this store after bring a loyal costumer for ten years, as they are now supporting the erasure of females and adding to our youths confusion this misleading propaganda. Go woke and go broke.

Went back to exchange a purchase i made yesterday this morning at 11am but they were closed. Every store was opened except for them. The woman came out and said they were doing inventory and they would open at 12. Really!!! Inventory can be done before store hours. Really disappointed. I will not be going back!

Can't even give this store 1 star! Why? It's closed so damn early that you can not get there after work. Since when is a retail buisness 9-6. Nice hours. Convenient for the employees not customers. I will not spend my money there anymore.

So rude! No one said hello when my daughter & walked in. Sunday evening shopping for tights. No one offered any help or suggestions. They acted like we weren't fancy enough to be there HA!!
