Called about a temp gauge possibly stuck or failing on my Tahoe. He had me bring it in that day and gave me a ride home, which was a nice complimentary service. Took it in on Thursday and picked it up by noon on Saturday. Great customer service, honest up front answers, and fast turn around. Definitely recommend this shop.

Professional and cost effective! Al was able to fit me in for a short notice inspection of a truck I was looking to purchase. The tech took his time and went through everything. If I was local, they would be my go to auto shop!!!

Lomeli’s has been my go-to mechanic since I moved to Portland some years ago. They’ve been with me through two cars and the drama that came with them. The quality of care has always been the same: outstanding and thorough. Never once have I had an issue with Lomeli’s; everyone who works there is honest, kind, and very obviously passionate about what they do, and that passion shines through in the work they do. I’ve recommended Lomelis' shop to practically everyone I know, and highly recommend it to whoever is reading this. Also, as a woman, it has been trying at times to find a mechanic who won’t try to take advantage of me somehow. I’ve had that happen multiple times with other mechanics, but never here, which is something I’m genuinely grateful for.

Al was very friendly and a delight to talk to. They did a thorough inspection and even offered me a ride home while they worked on my car. I had an oil leak and had gone to Jiffy Lube just before going here, and Jiffy Lube said that my oil pan gasket needed to be completely replaced. I went here, and they found that it just had a couple of bolts that were loose. I will definitely be going here again if I need more repairs!

I have gone to Lomeli's over the past couple of years for multiple reasons. This last week I walked in because a piece of my undercarriage was dragging and rubbing against a tire. Without hesitation they went right out and fixed it and than said it was on them. I can't remember the last time I received this type of service and just care in general. They are good with getting things done in a timely matter and are very good at keeping me in the loop with information.

I was on a 600 mile trip with my family and had an emergency with my truck. When adding oil, some missed and landed on my catalytic converter, which caused a fire in my engine bay. After getting the fire out, Lomeli’s was the only shop in the area that would let me come in that day to make sure there was no damage done. They lifted my truck, did a thorough inspection and assured me that it was safe to drive. They did not charge me and told me and my family of 6 to have a great trip. If I lived closer, I would take all my vehicles there any time I needed maintenance work. Awesome people

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly! These guys go above and beyond for their customers, I highly recommend this shop. I genuinely won’t be going to any other shop besides Lomeli’s.

Trust they will do the right thing for the right price. I had another repair shop quote me almost double the price for my repair and couldn't get to it for at least a week. Lomeli's did the job same day. I will never go anywhere else!

Had some issues with my car making weird sounds and found this shop online. They got me in the same day and was honest about what was going on. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff like other places do. The mechanic showed me the old part they replaced so I knew they did the work. Car runs smooth again. Not the cheapest in town but worth the price cause you can trust them. Will bring my car here from now on no question. Happy with the work and service was friendly and down to earth.

Went to three different repair shops and inquired with the dealer themselves to figure out how to get a spare glovebox unfortunately it was on national back order for my model car. Lomeli’s Carlos found a used one for my car and had it installed in no time. Thank you!

My husband and I have taken two of our vehicles to Lomeli's Auto repair, and we were very impressed with their work and dedication to get the job done. We met the owner Carlos, and he was very informative and pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs. We left with a smile on our faces. :)
