I wanted a pedicure and needed the old gel polish off. The lady started removing it with a dremel which is ok but then she keeps grinding and grinding down my natural nail til it burned she did this to 2 nails before I got up and left. They offered to switch nail techs but at this point I did not want someone else messing my toes up more. The manager was making excuses for the girl saying I had glitter on my toes so she drilled it off. If the nail tech had any knowledge she would know that you would thin it out and then soak the remaining gel polish off in acetone if it’s difficult to remove. You should never just keep grinding and hurt your client or their nails. I can’t speak for everyone there but the woman named “V” does not do a good job so I would avoid her unless you want pain and your natural nails messed up!

There prices are insane!! Be sure to be clear on there prices before you sit down. My pedicure was listed at $65 and when I was leaving it ended up being $80 because I got gel! No design, nothing extra except what was listed for the deluxe pedi. This pedicure used to be $65 for shellac, which is what I thought I was getting. This was not listed anywhere on the price menu or pedicure book about the increase in price and no one told me the “gel loophole” being $15 more on an already expensive pedicure. Getting your toes done should NEVER be this expensive. No glitter, no design just gel polish! Do yourself a favor and find a more honest nail salon. I know I certainly will!

They were very sweet. I get a Mani/Pedi done usually twice a year prior to vacations. The service I received will have me return more than just to be vacation ready.. shop is clean and the associates greet every customer.

I love this place! I recently started going here and its close to home. They always have an abundance of people working so I never have to wait. I think they are fairly priced for the quality of work they do. They also offer kid services at a reasonable price which is a huge bonus.

They are great for pedicures. but manicures not so much. My normal manicurist is out with a fractured wrist so I tried lv nails. They used a rotary tool on my natural nails making them paper thin and kept catching my skin with the rotary tool as well so I'm now having issues with the area around my nails being sore and red. They then tried to upsell me to powder dip because they made my nails so thin. And then could not replicate the tips that I came in with after saying that they could
