I was impressed from start to finish how professional, friendly and helpful everyone was. It was very evident they truly cared about getting your vehicle repaired the right way and making you happy. Appreciated the regular process updates and their efforts to provide OEM parts. Nathaniel was super nice and made the whole process smooth and painless. This shop works for the insurance not for you, they replace with non OEM parts and skimp on repairs to lower total cost, do not take your vehicle here!

Steve Kohler was awesome. I was rearended and picked Mackins to do the quote and assesment and I was NOT disappointed. Steve probably has been the best part of the whole experience. He was professional, knowledgable and kept me informed every step of the way. He also treated me like a human and had genuine concern for health and safety over all. He never once left me hanging. Short time interaction with him but he left a great impression and is a great asset to their team as a whole.

Another accident. Although Mackins was out of network for the at fault insurance i knew they were the ones for the job. Stellar work as usual. Couldnt be more pleased. Just got my truck back and it looks amazing. The part they repaired looks brand new. The paint match is indistinguishable from the rest of the truck. Now I have to go find a new drivers side headlight to match the shiny new one LOL.
Also, if it matters to anyone, not a peep was said about the LGBTQ stickers on my truck. Nothing but professional service. (Not that I was expecting anything less, but some might find that reassuring.)
And as others have mentioned, they cleaned it inside and out. It feels so good to have it back in such good condition. I'm definitely happy with their service!

Not only did they do amazing work but the team was personable, friendly and kept us up to date on the repairs! Our car looks like it just rolled off the lot with the repairs and the detail work that was done (inside & out) in less than a week's time!

Mackin's Gresham Auto Body is GREAT.
