As always Master Tech Automotive is my "GO to" service department when I need something minor such as oil and air filter changes for my car, or, something needing identifying like an unexpected noise or 'hiccup' experienced whilst driving.
This last month, I already knew about a ball bearing issue in the idle shift gear.
Further computer assessment and personal investigation by the well qualified and professional mechanics
Showed a severe damage to my A/C unit and a potential for more if not quickly remedied.
All necessary repairs were efficiently completed and reasonably priced.
With a gently used, older vehicle, repairs were the best option when considering costs and service by mechanics comparable to dealer repair.
Better to repair the vehicle than the hassle of defining features wanted, selecting a new auto , arranging financing, and the price with available funds.

Had a good experience here with my car. I was able to make an appointment for the following morning to bring my car in and got an issue diagnosed and repaired the same day. They offer a free Lyft ride home while your car is being looked over, a complimentary thorough inspection with photos, and they always answer the phone and give updates!

My muffler and exhausted was messed up, and they saved the day!! They got me in and did so much work same day and got me able to drive several hours back home! Awesome folks, super professional, and friendly!

Super friendly service. I took my Subaru in on a Friday for a ton of service and repairs and had my car back to my surprise the following Tuesday. I planned on being without my car for at least a week.

I brought my vehicle in for a concern and received an informative evaluation of my vehicles current needs. Not only did they hustle to get it done that day, all of the staff were friendly and dedicated. The manager takes care of the customers as well as the employees. Pricing is competitive and fair. Mechanical issues are always a frustration but MasterTech did a great job helping me through them. I really appreciate their diagnostic and approval process which allows you to see pictures and descriptions of the diagnostics and work they've done. I was impressed with their discretion to halt any approved work when it was clear that it wasn't going to solve the problem to keep costs down as well as keeping me in the loop and explaining the issues they were finding. Ultimately I opted out of a major repair and had my car towed home (4 hours away) for the sake of time, but when consulting 2 different local shops in my area with the diagnostics MasterTech had provided, both came to the same conclusion as what the issue was and the same recommended solutions. Without getting formal estimates from the other shops, MasterTech's prices were very competitive if not slightly better than what the others were loosely estimating.
