Absolutely great experience! Called first and got great service over the phone. Once arriving, I had amazing customer service from Gerry! He was both helpful and friendly. We went to Mattress World last week with absolutely no intention to buy. Gerry greeted us and through our time there I appreciated how he never once pushed or we felt forced to buy anything. He showed us everything and answered all of our questions. Even when we went to higher priced mattresses he showed us all price ranges and different styles. We purchased a mattress that day. It was delivered the next day and they also did an amazing job!

Gerry helped me find a mattress as soft as I wanted and at a great deal. At least I think it was a great deal, tbh I was taking his word for it. The mattress is a dream and Gerry was a great guy. Highly recommend mattress world.

Gerry, with asking just a couple questions when we entered his store was able to point out a selection of different beds that fit out needs and my husband and quickly found just the right bed and pillows to match our needs.
