It would be nice to be treated just as well when you return something … as when you are buying something. The manager Kirsten seemed put out by my return- I did not have a receipt - but I have the rewards card. She couldn’t find the pants- claimed I would have to get a credit for lowest selling price (on Black Friday)
She finally located my purchase - and was able to return it at full price to my card.
She didn’t thank me for coming in or invite me back. (As she does when you make a
Purchase)
I’d rather shop online going forward - all because of how she treated me with a simple pant return. Business is built on all aspects of the customer experience- not just sales.

In a hurry…. I went in today looking for something new… Im also always interested in good jeans (rodeo this weekend)
Really great selection (hooray not every pair is high waisted- which I dislike most fervently)
Incredible customer service - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and darling!!

We love World Market. Great place to find Belgian chocolate, waffles and beers. They also have nice furniture from time to time.

Cute stuff, but I hate shopping here. The employees are so pushy. I could tell the poor sales associate didn't want to keep having to approach us every few minutes to tell us about their credit card. I have worked in retail settings where they want you to push upsells, and it's no fun.The woman at the register was the worst. I told her no 3 times, before she finally settled for shoving a brochure in my bag so I could "make an educated decision" about the credit card.I work in marketing. I really wish someone would tell Maurice's corporate office that millenial and gen z zhoppers don't respond positively to pushy sales tactics. It makes us anxious. We give our money to companies with great products, strong values and well-treated employees, and we're willing to pay extra for those things.

Very helpful staff super friendly and sweet. Great clothes good quality and super cute styles. I had a great time with my friend and it wouldn't have been possible without good staff that are both helpful and fun. It makes a difference.

The manager who was working was very knowledgeable and sweet. The other two staff were a bit awkward, but still very sweet and kind! The manager was able to help me fix account issues that I was told was fixed by other Maurices stores. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend and will be going back when they have new clothes!

this used to be the place where I bought most of my clothing, and they Used to be so nice. This last time was horrible customer service, the workers were very rude. I will find another place in shop from now on.

I am a loyal Maurice's customer and so is my daughter. Our closets are predominantly your clothing line. While we enjoy shopping at your store, your Gresham location always seems to miss the bar. The selection in that store is never what I expect or want. The staff in that store it's hit-and-miss, sometimes they are polite and sometimes they are not so polite. This will not distract me from shopping at your brand but the Gresham store will not be an option for me anymore.

oOoOO honey if you have never stepped foot in this store well you are in for a treat!!!!! If you like a variety of different wear this is the place. And every piece is worth the sale. The Gresham station is fabulous and they have greattttttt service. NO COMPLAINTS
