I used to like this store and had recently gotten into a hobby where I've been spending quite a bit of money there. However they've gone self check out and not in a good way. When I ask for help they act like they don't want the responsibility of ringing up my order, this is extremely awkward. I'm not trying to ring my own stuff up. If I make a mistake, or your machine glitches, I'm on the hook for the responsibility. I'm not interested at all in doing your job for you. If I am made to feel less than customer like again because I'm trying to spend money in your store I'll go online and to another merchant. Not everyone likes self checkout. Make it an option not mandatory or I'll go elsewhere.

I ended up needing to return an item. The cashier said the item was not in the system. I went and found the exact item i had purchased only days before. The cashier did return the item for me. She didn't want to but she did. I appreciate her doing so. I realize she was only doing her job. I just wanted to say thanks for not making it a big deal and letting me return the item. Everyone working was helpful and friendly.

This is a great shop. It is clean, organized, and very well priced.
The only problems are the inventory and customer assistance. When it comes to the inventory, there have been far too many times that they are out of the specific yarn that I use. A common and popular one. They will be out of all colors for weeks on end. Even when they get more in stock, they only order a small amount and run out pretty quickly. Whereas other stores nearby will have the same item in multiple colors with 20+ of each one on a regular basis. When it comes to the customer service, you will never see an employee on the floor. If you ever need help, you must go to the cashier at the front and as that they send someone to assist you. You will never have any employee nor manager on the floor walking by to ask if you're finding everything alright or anything.
However, this store is still amazing due to how clean they keep it and the constant sales / deals offered.

I ordered online, came in and got my purchase. It was divided into 2 packages. The worker only found one initially. Had I not checked if everything was there, I would have not received all my purchases. But it all worked out, so they get four stars instead of less.

I would give 5 stars but I was sent a survey to my email saying I would get a coupon if I filled it out but I didn't get a coupon after completion. Also, the recipt I was sent did not list the cashier so I could not leave her a good review in that survey. I hope they change these things. I had a good experience in this store.
