The room we stayed in the AC was broken. They did nothing about it & didn’t want to give compensation. Luckily we had family staying there with a bed we can use for the night since they couldn’t give us a new room til the next day. When we talked to the manager the next day she was very rude & unprofessional. She also lied and said the AC was working in our old room trying to state we didn’t know how to use it, but this isn’t our first rodeo, we know exactly how to use the AC. We checked our old room and no, it wasn’t working at all. After a while of arguing they finally compensated for one night.
Showers were disgusting & water pressure was horrible.

The room was clean. The hallway had a strong smell. Everything else was fine.

The area it’s located in isn’t the best. The rooms have thin walls and it’s hard to sleep. Doors shut LOUD.
I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Much larger rooms than usually found for this particular motel chain. Room was clean, with perhaps the only downside was the bathroom was a bit small. I also want to note that this is the first Motel 6 I have come across where there are no balconies and the rooms do not open on the outside but instead are on the inside similar to hotels. The rooms are very quiet. I would stay here again.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to het the table from the other room so me and my kids can have a good breakfast she refused like a jerk.

My wife stayed at this hotel during a short visit to Portland. She lives with severe anxiety and is accompanied by a certified service dog, as permitted by law. Her late check-out was scheduled for 11:00 AM. Around 11:40 AM, a staff member entered the room and spoke to her in a loud and extremely unkind manner, insisting she leave immediately.
I was on a video call with her and witnessed everything. She was already exhausted because the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it hard for her to sleep the night before. That was the only reason she was a few minutes late — not out of disrespect.
The way she was spoken to caused her significant emotional distress, which is unacceptable under any circumstance, especially toward someone with a health condition.
To make matters worse, we also heard disrespectful language used over the radio to refer to her after she had allowed housekeeping in. That level of unprofessionalism is deeply concerning.
We attempted to contact customer service, but no one ever responded.
This isn’t just a complaint — it’s a call for accountability. Guests with disabilities should be treated with understanding and respect, not hostility.
I sincerely hope management reviews this situation carefully and takes appropriate action with their staff. No one should go through what my wife experienced.

I hope that the person who wants to stay here doesn't have the bad luck of being served by Sandr@. She is very rude. I heard her speaking badly and saying rude things about the guests and how much she hates that job and the boss. That is unprofessional. I told her that the room had bad air conditioning all night and she responded badly. I was going to stay here for 15 days but I decided to look for something where the atmosphere was more pleasant.

Room is nice for the price. No carpet, in case you are expecting that. Hallway stinks like old dog odor. Staff exceptional and friendly, very quick and easy booking and check-in.

They are pet friendly!
Rooms are pretty average but bed is comfortable and clean. Hallway has a perfume smell and I was a little concerned but the room was fine. Linoleum plank flooring which is great for a pet and keeps the smells in check.
A/C unit worked great and I like that it has a constant fan function. Slept great with no outside nose even though it's located along the main road would stay here again if I'm in the area.

I called last tonight to ask if they would accept an early check for a same day check out and they guy said it was possible. I commuted there over an hour to have the same guy look me in my face and say it wouldn't possible. He tried to blame a woman that works there, but I told him I spoke to a man. Why would you lie? I like the location and room size, but I will not be going back there.

Moved here from the east coast and stayed 2 nights. Victoria treated us so warmly and is very efficient at her job! The room was updated and huge. The shower was very hot and it was quiet for being almost full. The area has everything you need within a few blocks.

Friendly staff. Rooms are always spotless. And it's a nice quiet location with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. I always stay here when I come into town.
