My husband has been using Mt. Hood Tax for over 20 years. The CPA he had been using with this firm left but we decided to stay with Mt. Hood Tax. Since this change of staff we have been deeply unsatisfied. We have been receiving communications from the IRS and the city of Portland that we either over paid on taxes or some taxes not paid at all and there incurred fines and lates fees. We have decided to take our business elsewhere.

This is my second year getting my taxes completed by a Mt. Hoot Tax. I was doing it myself and this has taken the pressure off for a very reasonable cost. Very easy to work with and has improved my life considerably the last few springs!

I have only compliments to share about the staff. As always, Cary was thorough and punctual--a great team!
My only snag was with using their software. Since I am 80, it's probably just me.

We had been with another accounting professional for decades but they retired, so we decided to use Mt Hood TAX, and were very pleased with the whole process.
They were responsive to all of our questions and we were very satisfied with the final outcome. We look forward to many years of working with this group.

I've found that all my interactions with any of the staff have always been very courteous & patient & they are able to answer my questions or take care of any problems I may have, including with the tech.

The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help you with any problems. I am not a good technology person so do have trouble with their online login and procedures. However, I was able to drop off my tax documents to David and he had my taxes ready in a short time!
