Cute small boutique store close to home. Appear to focus on quality items for your dog and cat, not much for alternative pets like my rabbit or hen. However, the beautiful lady who helped me was so kind she wrote down brands for me to look up online and didn't push me to have her order it for her (like some boutique shops like to do). Great place, definitely going back.

Very polite people and communicative. If you're looking for a place to take your dog for grooming then seriously look no more! My dog Gizmo had a bad experience at PetSmart a few years ago so I started grooming him myself. Now with my busy schedule I don't have the time to maintain his grooming, so I did my research and came across this amazing place. The groomer was so nice and sweet to my little man, they make sure the dog's comfort comes first rather than getting the job done ASAP. They're all about quality and loving animals here. I already can't wait to take him back! Really good prices as well, which made it so I was able to leave a good tip for the amazing service. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies who helped us!

Sweet little place that provides great personalized service, high quality food and treats, and surprisingly great prices for a small boutique. Easy parking and handicapped access.

The delivery service is fantastic, their prices are better than PetSmart/Petco for the same brands of food, and the employees and owner are far more knowledgeable than the big box stores. A bag of Solid Gold food goes for $70 here, at PetSmart it’s $82 for the same exact product.I’d also like to say that the employee Journey and the store manager Karen are absolutely wonderful in their knowledge of ALL of their products as well as always being willing to do research to answer questions. When a food I wanted was out of stock, they found an exceptional alternative that my dogs loved and I am considering switching to. Have I mentioned delivery is free? Amazing!

Allison is absolutely delightful. She greets me by name and always asks about our kittens by name. Always a friendly smile when I walk through the door.

Went in for a nail trim to help recede my dogs quick, definitely going again :) !! Kane ( my dog ) normally goes to his vet that's inside the petsmart off of Eastman but gets super nervous and doesn't like the staff that much, normally it's a big hassle because of how nervous and anxious he gets there. We got there early and the groomer (unsure of his name) wasn't busy and got right to it, Kane didn't let out any type of nervous growls or anything. It was done and over with before he even realized he was getting his nails trimmed. From now on this is my go to place for getting his nails trimmed :))

This store carries a nice selection of healthy food for your pets but the store itself is dirty. The entry way needs to be swept up and maintained. One of the employees is Not customer friendly, I don't understand why she is there.The store has a groomer who is very nice and does a good job. The owner really needs to get their act together and clean the place.

We love taking our princes here. So careful and detailed on their service. Our princess would shake so much when we took her to another groomer when we moved. We are now back even though it’s an hour drive. She is so much calmer now with her grooming spa day.
