Girl who worked there was very rude and I brought in 2 bags of name brand young girls clothes, under armour, Nike ETC and she bought nothing. Total waste of time and bad experience. I would avoid it.

If I could give a -5 star I would. Don't even waste your time coming here. I had to come back 3 days in a row for them to "look at my clothes" just for them to tell me they aren't going to take anything due to them being "faded, spots, or wearing" half of the clothes I brought in were brand new and never worn... I'm beyond irritated with this place.

Disappointed ? selling was bad they picked out more of the ugly ones of my bag of clothes. And miss out on the shoes I brought in. They said it was a little dirty but the shoes they in store were more dirtier. They have bad taste too. Only the jeans they have are okay.

I'd take Nextt over Goodwill or Plato's any day. Great prices, huge selection, welcoming staff. So many reviews are about the selling experience - but it's a locally owned store that can only hold so much inventory. I've never left the store empty handed.

Was turned away because of a very minor 'stain' on one of 5 items.. It wasn't a stain, only some food that my kids got on them that I didn't notice. I would have cleaned it off, but was given dirty looks and snide words by the two employees. I feel discriminated against, because I was houseless at the time. 4 items were new with tags and the last item was a 90s pea coat, all items were clean.

Waste of time. Wouldn’t accept anything cus it can’t be in a “bag” then when I came back with a box they didn’t accept ANYTHING because of a “few spots” when asked where the spots were no answer. Complete waste of time

Clothes were cute but selling was awful, I had a lot of trendy and nice clothing and they didn’t take any of it when I noticed most of the clothes on the rack was exactly like the clothes I brought in. The staff is always really distant and doesn’t talk and the store is always empty. First time I went there the staff was giving me judgy looks and attitude for asking about how the selling process works and was being very rude, seems like you guys need to get new staff considering a good amount of your reviews are the same (one star and about rude staff)

I brought in 4 bags of pretty new clothes, clothes my teen daughter wore maybe once each. I went through them all washed them inspected them making sure they weren't unnecessarily ripped or stained they were all in almost brand new condition some even had tags still on them.. the snobby girls behind the counter proceeded to tell me all the clothes were stained and ripped and would not take them because the poor quality. Everything in the bags were in the same order I put them in the bags so they never even looked at the stuff. They tell you to wait 40 min so they can look through them so I left and came back. I just found them really rude and and real judgemental for working in a thrift shop. They need new staff that aren't so stuck up! I should have listened to the reviews!

Very confusing on what clothes they want to buy from you when they are all in nice condition. Very dark atmosphere, didn’t find it welcoming. Staff were nice.

Inconvenient selling experience from start to finish. Won’t accept clothes with hangers. Long time taken to assess clothes then no purchase. Buyer stated that clothes were not in good condition which was false. I will not be shopping or attempting to sell here again.

Super cute place & nice stuff too bad theThe girls working that day were rude & had a snippy attitude talk down to you like your less then them I felt uncomfortable I spent good amount of $$ hopefully there not there if I decide to go back ..

Absolutely terrible customer service. Every time I go in, the girls are incredibly rude & unprofessional. They do not make you feel welcome whatsoever. Disappointing to see girls my age treating others this way :(

Trendy clothes but unwelcoming unprofessional staff I nearly left without making a purchase.I felt nervous as the owner and staff were giggling under their breaths to each other while I was shopping.
