Staff was super helpful, reached out shortly after I made a reservation to see if I had any questions. Walked me through all of the protocol and agreements for the lease without it being a whole corporate spiel. I felt like an actual person through the whole process.

Well if they don't like customers then this is the wrong field of a job. What I'm referring to is that if the mgr or employees don't like what the customer says they just hang up. Also they get really snoody. Seriously I've been a good customer but this company scams people. How well they will rent you a storage unit knowing that it's not secure. How is it not secure well the latch on rolling down doors don't look means that if you put a lock on it's just a decorative not functional meaning not secure.

Super smooth process to get a storage unit and the office staff were so helpful and friendly! Great prices as well. Everything was explained clearly and I walked away happy I chose this location to store my items!
