We went in for our tsa precheck and the assistant manager helped do mine but lied and said others were waiting for their appointments and couldn't do my wifes (I had no appointment). We looked around the store and there was two guys and neither were waiting for the tsa precheck. We had to make a special trip two days later by making an appointment to do my wife's tsa precheck. Its bad business to lie to customers, its even worse when its the assistant manager doing the lies. We waited outside for 15 mins and no one went in but those two guys came out a few minutes after us and 1 had paper towels and the other had printer paper. Once we get my wife's precheck done were done shopping at the gresham office depot

I would not recommend printing anything at this location. It’s a huge hassle and you probably lose money in the process. Process is to convoluted to be effective.

I had to send something out via fedex, but I needed a box/bubble wrap/tape....so I went to Office Depot. I also hadn't received my label printer yet, so I needed to print a label. I had no idea I could even do the label there!!
They have two printers set up.
You swipe your debit card, send the thing you need printed to the printer email, and then print!! It was like ¢.25!
So I was able to get the boxes and packing supplies, print the label, then ship it right inside Office Depot!
They have usps & FedEx drop off in store!!
Super convenient!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I walked in needing to print some papers and everyone working there did not seem to want to help me. I needed the papers in the next hour and they said they wouldn’t be able to print it until later in the day. I had done the same thing the night before, just needed to print a few additional papers and it had only taken 5 minutes for her to print them. Today when I went in, no one seemed like they wanted to help me and I did not feel like they cared at all. They only wanted me to use the self service which I had no idea how to use. Will never go to that store again to print anything.

Sit and wait 20 min for the print shop to reopen from break to be told she can’t print 4 pages till the next day I will never go back and I’ve been going here for 6 years. Assistant was rude and seemed to either not know what she was doing or lazy.

Google says this location sells cases for Kindles, but they do not. It was a wasted teip.

Service Advisor Matthew at the Gresham location was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in taking care of my needs. From the first time I spoke with him on the phone, to meeting him in person at the store. I believe he is an asset to this company and has potential to go far if given the opportunity. I really appreciated his professional service.

Always excellent service. The staff is very resolution and options oriented. If they don't have it, they will order it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful!
