This place used to be a nice alignment shop, but with this new guy, this alignment shop is going down. I've been stuck at that shop for hours, today and yesterday. My alignment actually got worse, and now the car is pulling hard to the left. $120 to make my alignment even worse than before!

came in here needing an alignment because my caster,toe & camber were all off. the guy looks at my car & says it would be a 3 hour plus job, proceeds to inspect my car & says normally only do high end cars & don’t take in regular customers ( my car is a 2016 frs ) after his inspection ( used his fingers to count the distance gap between my tire & bumper ) he said my frame was bent LMAO. my car has never been in an accident & has no reason for the frame to be bent. he also said this my tire brands are different the car will never drive straight, keep in mind the tire sizes are all the same & it’s a RWD car so tire brand is not a factor. the guy is completely clueless & doesn’t know what’s he talking about.
went to a different shop & got it all fixed up & aligned within less then an hour. 👍
i been here before about 2 years back when the owner had his son running things, both of them are great but now they have a new gentleman & he’s clueless. if i could put 1 star i would lol.

I took my car if for an alignment. Was told would take about 1 hour. Gentleman told me is was a little more than he thought and took 2 hours. He quoted me $120.00. Based on the job I thought he did I gave him $200.00. He backed the car off the rack, no test drive and said here you go. I turned out onto the street and made it two blocks, Car was pulling so hard to the right steering wheel was way off. I turned right around and went back to him. He said can you come back in two hours. I came back in two hours. Left the car with him for two hours to fix. he told me he’s not sure what happened. Maybe one of his alignment heads was on incorrectly. I left the car the next day still did not feel right. Took it to another shop and was told the alignment was still way off. Paid them to do the job . I contacted John. He said no problem. I’ll get your refunded. Sorry for this. I said OK that was August 19. Date is not refunded me and will not respond to any of my text messages. Definitely not somebody I will ever do business with or recommend in the future .

This place is one of the best alignment shops in the area. Up to date tools and equipment as well as a knowledgeable technician. I bring all my vehicles here and recommend all to do so as well.Also he works on Mercedes-Benz Sprinters which not every shop can offer.

This place was awesome! Had some car troubles and dropped it off for the night. He called as soon as he could and helped me through it. He repaired my tire quickly for basically nothing and they don’t even do tires! Great customer service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wowza! Where do I even begin with Jon at ONE ALIGNMENT?! Let me tell you, this guy is like the Michelangelo of wheel alignments! I rolled in with my Tesla Model Y looking like it just got done with a wild rollercoaster ride, and Jon worked his magic.First off, let's talk about his workspace. It's cleaner than my grandma's china cabinet! I swear, I could've eaten off the floor. But instead, I watched in awe as Jon gracefully danced around my car like a wheel alignment wizard.Not only did he straighten out my wheels faster than I can say "Tesla," but he did it with a smile on his face. I mean, who knew getting your wheels aligned could be such a great experience?And the results? Oh boy, let me tell you, my Tesla is gliding smoother than butter on a hot summer day! I half-expect it to start singing me a lullaby as I drive down the road and he accommodated my custom degree request so I'll stop blowing through tires.So if you're in need of a wheel alignment and want it done with a side of laughs and top-notch service, do yourself a favor and hit up Jon at ONE ALIGNMENT. John is a legit gear head and Honda/import expert. He is one of us who is passionate about modifying cars. Although it’s just an alignment shop if you have a project going and you are doing something imported, he will probably assist you. That said if you just need an alignment he will get it done in under 30 minutes and does both front/rear. It’s super hard to find shops like this nowadays. He caught a mistake another place did installing a WRX control arm on a Impreza sport. Very grateful, he also gives you print outs. These are super important for us car modders. When you are modifying suspension having your alignment specs allows you to compare parts to your baseline.

I called today before hand to see if they had any openings for the next few weeks for my evo x and Jon quickly responded saying he could squeeze me in 30 mins same day. He did an amazing job and was so easy to work with. Will definitely be going back and referring anyone i can!:)

I only went there for an alignment and there was a young man there and it seemed like he made up a price in the fly to be honest. But anyway he charged me $50 just to check alignment and $50 to actually do it.Les Schwab does alignment checks for free and I think it’s also less than $100, so I wasn’t too happy with this place for alignments.
