The Fred Meyer's location is small, but they make it work. I started at the Mall 205 location, which is huge, as well as the Civic drive and downtown locations.
So far OnPoint has been able to help me with everything I've needed, and hasn't burnt me with any kind of fee or shady outcome from any issue I've had during the entire 3 years I've been with them.
My PayPal and other online accounts have merged without issue to my OnPoint account. And every teller has been pleasant with me, as I am probably annoying with my multiple requests for hunting silver and other coins of value.

Don't reccomend onpoint at all at this point. Especially this particular location. People there made me think my mobile deposit that I did that morning would show up in my account a couple of hours later. After several inquisitive calls and rude responses I learned otherwise. The least you could do is know your job and be nice.

Be aware that this location will botch your loans and get you instantly denied.
Otherwise, it's usually slow and quiet. Haven't had issues otherwise but I will be going out of my way to use other locations from now on.

I just started going to this branch of OnPoint. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the wait at this branch is so much shorter.

Fix your app I know my password I don't a stupid authentication code how stupid fix this. I shouldn't have to press enter 3 time to log in garbage gel some real techs that know what the hell their doing this is insane!

Worst bank I’ve ever used, given them my debt card 3 times to automatically withdraw payments, they wouldn’t. I gave them 300$ cash for 3 months payment due to how horrible they were about that, and after 3 months I got a call from a collection agency saying even that 300$ they were suppose to put towards my payment they couldn’t even do that. Completely incompetent bank

I want to leave a comment of gratitude to the nice, friendly girl-manager (unfortunately, I don't remember her name), her workplace is the second from the left. I needed to open a debit card. The day before I contacted Wells Fargo three times, the first time I got an appointment in 2 weeks, I came, the manager said to wait because she is busy, although I came for my hour, the line is quite long, an elderly woman in a wheelchair, the staff does not care, the cash register is only open alone After waiting, the manager said that you need to make an appointment again, because it is not possible to do it today. And so today is my appointment again, I submitted my documents, and again I am without a card, since an appointment is scheduled from the nearest free dates on June 10. I'm just disappointed. My time, my nerves and everything in vain. And on the same day, I applied to the OnPoint bank. I was pleasantly surprised at once, smiling, friendly employees, cozy, clean (because in the previous bank there was dirt and dust everywhere, dissatisfied faces of employees, superior attitude towards customers) and here - everything is at a high level. I was especially impressed by the manager who provided me with bank services, she really deserves high praise, her pleasant, neat appearance, customer orientation and desire to help me, since I do not speak English well. She kindly explained everything to me, listened, and after 10 minutes I already had my card. I am pleasantly surprised. I wholeheartedly recommend OnPoint Bank! Their employees are the best!

Advantis told me it was too late to open an account and on point helped me get access to my funds the same night. Yancy was really nice as well
