I just want to say that I had a really good experience this week at Oregonians. I had obtained a large cashier's check that never made it to its destination. Dave, at the bank helped me fill out the forms to cancel the check and get the money back in my account, quickly. He was very knowlegeable and calming when I was sort of freaking out. That's the kind of service you get at OCU and I appreciate it. - Cain B.

My wife and I recently did a ReFi on a Loan that we had with another establishment that is not currently doing ReFi's and this was a huge turn off for us.I took the wife into the Gresham branch and we met with Rholonda.She was and still is very professional, courteous, quick on her feet and really goes that extra mile to take care of her customers.Her ability to get us into an agreement that was and is more beneficial for us was a GYMONGOUS help to our situation.Within a matter of a day or so from going in to see her, she had our paperwork put together, docs signed and the Refi complete and she made this process so easy and understandable for both the wife and I. Being with Oregonians has been so amazing and Rholonda is a HUGE ASSET to that office and the company as a whole.Looking forward to doing more Business in the future not just with her, but the branch as well.Rholonda Thanks again for everything.SincerelyLarry & Kathy
