I went into this location to the service department to inquire about getting my mirror repaired. I stood there at least three minutes waiting on Mike Henderson to acknowledge me. I decided to ask if I needed an appointment and his response was " You see me on the computer I will help you when I'm done." Another man came on the scene and I spoke to him then immediately Mike Henderson said something to the means of, I told her I would help her when I'm done, trying to block any support. I would be remiss if I didn't that I am a African American woman.

My daughter put her car in the shop and had to return the vehicle a week later for the same thing. We picked the car up and drove off not even 2 minutes into driving her car started smoking like it was going to blow up. Remind you she paid 800 dollars for the work that was supposedly been done. She had to leave her car there on the side of the rode and go back to them so they can pic it up. And now they're charging her another 500 more dollars. This place is horrible I don't see the reason to charge her an extra 500 when what they've done is the problem. She had her car for over a year and when she took it there everything started happening. I'm very upset because I feel when they called her and said something was to tight wrll it wasn't doing that before and if it is then what did yall do to it for it to damn near look like the car was going to blow up. Anywho I will be helping my daughter take them to court because there's something seriously wrong with them if they think women are stupid or they can get away with this. This is on them and I be dammed if my daughter pay another dime

Mahalo NUI to Weston GMC for their integrity and great customer service and very important honestey for me and my 2006 GMC YUKON!!!! Need to SHOUT out Dan, Gary, Darell,Jade,Diego and the ladies who take my money try for make it painless as possible!! Sorry and who ever else works on my car. If I could give Weston a million 5 star ratings, I would. What a fantastic experience--first time buying a new car and it was 10/10. Brad was so helpful and knowledgeable; he helped me find the car I needed, well within my budget. This is the best car dealership around with even better staff!! If you need a car, this is the place to go!

Purchased a brand new GMC Acadia Denali and just over 5,000 miles there is a transmission problem. I didn't have my car for 3.5 weeks then recently I made an appt. because at times we here a whistling -and it shifts hard (intermittent). I made the service appt. For a Wednesday and left a message for the service manager the Friday before because I had questions and he never called me back and when I called him I received no apology and he said "yah I don't know what GMC was doing but we have seen 20 of these this year and I even have to let another guy whose engine is seized up that is warranty is up and he is not covered" really comforting. Then the day of our appt., my husband calls in the am and asks if he will get a loaner car and the lady on the phone reads the service notes and says no the car will only be in the shop a couple of days. We live in Beaverton. My husband had to catch the light rail back home. Then on day 8 we get a call that they have driver my car several times and aren't hearing anything and I stop the guy right there and say excuse me funny thing about technology. I have the gmc app and I snapped a picture of the mileage on my car and you haven't driven my car anywhere. Long story short 10 days later no fix and we have the car back and have hired an attorney because what they don't know is we took it to a transmission shop in Hillsboro and there is a transmission problem. Never ever buy a car from them. Their customer service is horrible. If I had the option of no stars I would give that. I am also composing a letter corporate GMC. Westin should not be in business. My husband left work (he is a contractor and it was Probably because of the way he was dressed) to meet with the service rider and was waiting in the sales area and they didn't know that and not one person asked if he needed help. Horrible horrible place!

Let me tell you a story about a unicorn in the automotive retail business......a dealership with ethics. I have a progressive, debilitating medical condition that requires me to use a wheelchair, and recently the issues have grown to the point of needing a vehicle with a lift. But not just any vehicle would do, for my needs it HAD to be a particular GM model. Low and behold, the pandemic of 2020 had driven the supply/demand curve way out of whack, and these vehicles are going for 18-20k over MSRP all day long. Insurance doesn't cover this, I am solely responsible to obtain this vehicle to maintain my employment. The only bright spot I. The situation is that I am eligible, through my employer, for the GM supplier discount. While not the best price available, it beats MSRP by a ways...... but is not mandatory for a dealer to honor, that is optional. I tried every GM dealer in the PNW and was told sorry but no, then I called Vincent Curletto at Weston. The Weston group had empathy for my situation honoring the pricing, this made it possible! This brought the vehicle into the fiscal "window" of success. For once I see light at the end of the tunnel, and it's not a train. I can't thank the Weston group enough, I hope to repay the favor in spades

Came in for a scheduled appointment to get a tire replaced, service guy told us "It's just a tire, super easy & a quick fix, give us 30-40 minutes MAXIMUM. It shouldn't take us that long, but just in case, 30-40 MAX." He made sure to be clear with us it's simple & we should be in and out quickly. After exactly an hour and a half, (3x the amount we were told would be our maximum) they finally finished & returned keys to my husband and I. Completely understand that shit happens & things don't go to plan, or run behind schedule. But at the very least, COMMUNICATE these things with the customer. I would've been completely understanding had we of been informed it would take longer than we were told. The lack of communication here was absolutely garbage, we would've taken the tire elsewhere to be put on had they have been transparent with us. At least we got to spend our time entertained watching two separate mechanics walk in circles, open every drawer in their toolbox, set a tool out, walk in a circle BACK to the toolbox to put the tool back & do it all over again. Endless cycle just to waste time, explains a lot about the pace of the shop. Great first impression of this location

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give any less. I brought my truck in to get a check engine light looked at. Truck is under full warrantee. They told me that I need all new glow plugs to the tube of $900 and warrantee doesn't cover that. They said 4 of my glow plugs were completely bad which is untrue because I drove it in and it ran fine. Now they charged me $165 for an incorrect diagnosis because I denied the glow plug service. And on top of that my battery is dead when I go to leave. Never coming back here. Never buying another truck from these guys. Weston has a terrible warrantee program and I'm going with Tonkin in the future because they honor the warrantees properly. Don't waste your money here people!

That guy Brian in service is a moron. Went there to change brakes and rotors. Changed other parts and never what I asked for. Brought the car back and he tells I need to pay more for what I originally asked for. Never again will I go this place. Worst service experience

I'm new from California and glad I found this dealership and service dept! Always wondering "Will it be the same level of service I received from my old shop?". Well, they went above and beyond my expectations. From phone call (from Jade), scheduling appointments, service, updates, to the time of pick up, I've experienced one of the best and friendliest customer service from beginning to end. Back in California, I was thinking that good customer service was a lost art and a thing of the past... but I'm glad Weston GMC proved me wrong. Nothing less than 5 stars from this California boy Mahalo! -Jay

Update: Yesterday, we purchased a new GMC Acadia Denali from another dealer. We've purchased new cars from Weston since the 1980s. Being ignored is what drove us elsewhere.

I took my Sierra 2500 diesel truck for a routine oil change. My check engine light was on and I asked the service rep to look into this issue. The rep let me know my glow plug #3 needed to be replaced and said it's best to change all out at the same time since I had 115k miles. I agreed to have them all replaced while having my oil changed. After a few hours of waiting I inquired how much longer it would take, the rep let me know the mechanic had issues with two glow plugs and broke one of them off. The rep said it would cost another $4,000-$6,000 to fix it because they would need to remove the block. I asked if I could drive my truck home and he said it was not drivable. I reached out to GMC headquarters the next day because I did not feel like this was my fault. GMC reached out to the dealer and they said it was not the mechanic's fault due to the build up with the glow plug. However, if this glow plug #6 did not need to be replaced why would the tech try to take it out if it was not coming out? Needless to say, I had my truck towed to another place because I do not trust this place. The place that's fixing the issue said they have not snapped a glow plug before. I'm very upset with Weston GMC, they did not take any responsibility for the issue or apologize. I will never take any of my vehicles to their service department and I have notified all friends and family of what occurred. I wish the service rep at least notified me this could occur, I would have only had the one plug removed and I would not be out thousands of dollars. I sh there was an option to give negative stars.

Wow!! What a great group of people. I'm not even a customer but they were happy to help me. Here's the skinny...I'm in town on a trip and my truck broke down on a Friday night. Had to have it towed somewhere, so I picked a decently rated private mechanic near where I was staying. Got the problem fixed but the price came in higher than expected. Paid it but thought I would check. Called Weston service dept. and they were sooo helpful. He did a full quote for me over the phone just to make sure and talked me through some option. Turns out the other guy was a little high but not enough to cause an fuss. Then I wondered why my cruise control didn't work. I didn't want to be one of "those" customers that blames the mechanic for everything that's wrong with my truck. He told me what might have happened and how to check. He even finished by inviting me to call back any time. Wow, if I lived in the area, this is the kind of place I want to do business.
