I recently received a coupon in a mailer for 40% off my first purchase in store with a rewards account (which I signed up for while in store at the register). Found almost everything I was looking for, ie; Dog Treats, Iams Dog Food, Sheba Cat Food, and a decent price on a large bag of "generic" (Pet Store Brand/Recommended Alternative to the "Name Brand") Cat Food, and even a fun mix-up "Trick Or Treat" bag for the pups at home ?
The only thing that I was unable to purchase here was a couple of decent sized bags of unsalted peanuts for our squirrel feeders in the backyard (which Bi-Mart always seems to have on hand for a decent price (*Also EBT eligible*) )
Prices seemed a bit steep overall, but if you hunt for the good sales and markdowns you can definitely find some fair pricing (Which was even better after the 40% off coupon!)
4 outta 5 for me, would like to be a return customer, just not sure how affordable it would be without the coupon savings I received on my first visit ???

Great place! They really seem to take care of their animals here. The fish look healthy with their bettas in bigger cups than other chains. No overcrowding their reptiles or hamsters. Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. Will be returning!

We do the pet wash punch card 40$ for 5 washes
We have 3 dogs and it is cheaper this way and much easier for them being with us
The staff/ location clean, kind and helpful

The place is really cool, lots of items on sale, better selection of toys for our K-9 kids, and better experience than shopping at Pet-Co which i hate going to. I will not be going to Petco after finding this place. The food i get could only be found at Petco but now I know it is here and for 5 dollars cheaper.

Got some plants for my fish tanks here and the service is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable about underwater + riparium plants. Also the fish look very happy and healthy, would definitely come here again!

Took my 7 month puppy Sasha here to get a full groom and I had previously gone here before and it was good but not this time I had told them that she’s pretty sensitive around her face. I got a call back over an hour later that they were not able to do anything because she was “trying to climb the pole “ because she was scared. She’s still a puppy so yes she’s not fully used to this process. They said they are unable to do anything with her and maybe even offered to take a sedative for her to calm down, when she’s still a just a puppy and still getting used to getting used to the process and they still Charged me 40$. When I came to pick her up they said “she’s here for the mess” which they were referring to my dog. They basically labeled her as aggressive when she was just scared. If you can’t work on puppies here then why offer that service. I took to a groomer down the street right after and they were able to do the cut just fine. The picture shows how they left her before I took her to the other groomer.

We came in to wash our dog in the self serve dog wash. The shampoo and towels are provided to you. We really like visiting pet supply plus stores because they have great deals and coupons. We love the reward system as well.
The self service washing station is good but isn’t optimal for a large dog. You will get very wet washing your dog but either way we appreciate the offering.

So very helpful we found 4 kittens with eyes barely open abandoned on our patio. They told me what I needed to buy and how to care for them. They have been successfully raised and gone to furever homes.

My only problem was that my final bill was high. I was charged for a litter that I didn't buy, the one I had didn't match the receipt! I found that bit out too late. Besides that, it's a decent store. Bit pricey in some aspects
