The instructions when you sign up for an appointment are incorrect. They do not say to bring in your dogs current vaccination records (unless they have been doing them all).
They do say to wait in your car until you are called, maybe a hold over from the pandemic? They do not call. The woman checking in appeared frazzled and frustrated with clients, very defensive. The women actually doing the shots were wonderful with my timid dog. You do pay for the convinance of the clinic.

Made appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Appointment was supposedly one of the first scheduled that afternoon, but several people were already in line whose appointments were for later time. They were taking pets in order of who showed up first, the appointments were out the window. And the vet was about as caring as a black widow. Any amount this place charges is too much.

It definitely matters what veterinarian is at the vet clinic that day. This vet was amazing and was able to get nova‘s shot for heartworm results with no issues! You can tell this vet enjoys her job and enjoys animals! Much more pleasant than my last visit at the Happy Valley Vetco clinic.

Make an appointment, show up 15 minutes early, and get your pet vaccinated without needing to pay for a full physical examination? Yes, please. We will be coming back over and over for our pets.

Quick and easy with extremely helpful staff. Not only did my girl get her vaccine, but I was given resources to find a lower cost spay for her and one of the places they suggested worked out great. They care about pets and their owners.

Great pet vaccine clinic on Saturday’s. Easy and less expensive the another place for vaccines in Gresham area. Staff are also super friendly.

What's the point of booking an appointment with this WALK-IN clinic? I had an appointment for vaccinations at this particular location on a extremely busy day- about twenty people with their pets were waiting to be seen also! I was told by an employee this was a walk-in(!) clinic regardless of my appointment and it was going to be a long wait anyways. That's not fair.

There are huge advertisements that nail trimming is a walk in and you do not need to make an appointment although this location you do because I have called 3 times now to make sure I can bring my medium size dog in (45) pounds to get her nails trimmed but I am told she is a large dog and that most of the groomers there are unable to handle a 45 pound dog to do a simple nail trimming . The people are very very nice but need more groomers that can do all the requirements of the job.

It seems as if it not part of the chain. They did not carry either of the cat foods I was hopping for, and not very great other options to chose from.

Took our 8 month old black lab here on 11/22 to get his nails trimmed. We took him when he was 6 months old with no issues. It clearly states on the app that you can take them for just nail trimmings as a walk in, attached a picture below. I understand if they are busy then come back or wait but no one was there, it was right at opening, They made us make an appointment for 1.5 hours later, only to take our dog in for less than 5 minutes, to come back and say "he wouldn't hold still and stop moving his paw so we can't cut his nails". The person working was rude, and did not try at all. We watched them try to hold his paw twice, and then did not even try to clip his nails.

Took my dog to be groomed, showed a picture of her previous grooming and it was the opposite. As short as she could be cut without actually shaven on her body yet her face was long they said they spent 15 minutes on her face but she was upset. The ladt grooming she had she was fine. If that was the case then I'll take that but she still had eye goober I had to pull off. When I called the groomer told me they can get tears in minutes I said I had to pull it off. My dog looks like it went through a buzz saw. Worst experience.
