Came into **Petco** to get litter. Left with three new cat toys, a bag of treats my cat will sniff once and ignore forever, a fancy water fountain she’ll be terrified of, and a sweater she’ll destroy out of spite.
Do I regret it? Not even a little. The store is clean, the aisles are full of temptation, and the staff is super friendly—even when I’m describing my cat’s personality like she’s a moody roommate with a tiara.
Petco fuels my delusion that one day my cat will *appreciate* me. Until then, I’ll keep spoiling her like she pays rent. 🐱👑💅

Couldn't trade in a harness for a different size because I couldn't find the receipt. So sad. Now trying to sell it. Just needed one size bigger.

We used the Vetco services, which at the Gresham store is a traveling service currently. Getting an appointment online was really quick and easy, when we arrived we got checked in right away and only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen.
We were getting our kitten his rabies vaccine, the three ladies that were running the clinic were literally AMAZING!!!! They were so kind, caring, helpful, gentle and knew exactly what they were doing.
Two of them worked to get our kittens weight, temperature, and vaccine. He was definitely scared as this was his first trip out and there were several large loud dogs in the store that day. The two giving him his vaccine worked so well together, communicating perfectly to make sure one was always keeping him secure on the table.
They talked to him , petted him, and calmed him down so well he did not even realize he got a shot. The rabies vaccine was $43 and that was it! No paying $70+ visit fee and then a vaccine on top of that.
The whole process was 15 minutes from start to finish. We will most certainly be using their service again.
Thanks you Vetco ladies!!! You ROCK!!

I did not like the attitudes of the employees or the vaccine clinic workers. I will not return to this location.

I like shopping here they have great prices and nice selection in every category! I should have asked for the associate's name that just helped me over the phone, she was super kind and helpful! I am having a problem with my Betta (Larry) and she not only knew a lot of information on how to help him but also gave me reassurance that he will be okay. Thank you so much

This evening, they failed to stay open till closing. I arrived with enough time to go in, purchase a bag of dog food which I desperately needed. The door was locked and closed prior to 9 PM. An employee inside the store watched me pull up and park. They disappeared from view and waited to reappear till it was after 9 o'clock.

The worker name Erin , is very rude got attitude for no reason . She told us “ be quiet , i’m trying to work on this .” When my mom was trying to speak to her . Then when the lady was done fixing the problem that the other First Lady couldn’t do which is okay no big deal. But It was just Erin attitude and she gave us the receipt back and said ,” Here go donate that .” And my mom told the other lady that Erin is rude and told her to shut up and she just stayed quiet . I don’t recommend this location.

Paid over $400 for skin issues and a ear infection. Didn't help with the skin issues at all talk me into give my dog a shot that was supposed to help with the itching for up to 6 weeks and it only helped for 3 days. And Cost over $100. Figured oh well at least I'll be able to get the flea pills for her. Went there today to get the flea pill turns out they're $75 through them. This fat literally cost almost double any other vet and they didn't even solve the problem.

I've now left two messages to schedule my pups for grooming services, a month ago & a week ago with no return call. The website isn't working for me trying to schedule two dogs, I've mentioned this with again zero response. Guess it's time to go elsewhere!

I have a great plan for this place and it saves me a lot of money $$$. From grooming to Toys and food and anything else that they sell it is definitely worth it, but it is my go to place for my pets and with my plan I get extra rewards for just doing the normal shopping stuff for my animals!!! Plus Petco has everything you need for your animal!

Service was average to good. People were very nice, the cost was bordering on expensive to the point of washing my bog with a water hose is now an option.
