I only go in this Plaid Pantry if I absolutely have to. I have been to this location several times, so my observations are over a long amount of time, not just one trip. Employees are nowhere to be seen, shelves are not stocked or in shambles. Floors are gross. Outside of store has lots of trash around. Last time I went in there was a huge hard candy that has fallen out of someones mouth sitting right in front of the door. Had to take an extra step around not to step on it. Every time I go in, the vibe is confusion amongst the employees. Often talking over the heads of the customers about this and that. Last time I went in it was morning. There was no employee present but two customers in line waiting to check out. No one behind the register. Finally someone comes out of the cold case area unaware of waiting customers and starts ringing people up but also starting conversations with the customers even after the transaction is done. It's called a "convenience" store for a reason. You go in, get your stuff and get out because you are on your way to work. You shouldn't have to wait for an employee to appear out of the shadows or be done screwing around outside. People are in a hurry and you are robbing them of their valuable time.

Lazy employees will chain the door shut for over an hour at a time 3 or 4 times a shift every time I come here before 6am it's always locked dosent matter its its 2am or 530

This has been a Plaid and Subway for at least 31 years, probably longer. I remember going here as a little kid in 1993 and it has a very distinct smell inside like bubble gum and fresh bread. Brings back memories whenever I walk in of growing up in Gresham. Next door in the same building was a dry cleaners and I'm not sure if it's still there

Tyler is the homie. I just moved out here and he was very welcoming. Goes out of his way to be nice to everyone. Late night shifts can be hard to do so, but he goes out of his way to make sure every customer feels welcomed.

Every cashier I've encountered so far is really sweet, the shop is clean and easy to navigate, good candy, snacks, and beer selection.

i literally love this plaid so much it has a really nice atmosphere and the snacks go crazy. the clerks are always really kind & helpful. overall just so convenient

Me roommates and I go here often since it's close to our home. It's a great spot to grab a quick snack or bottle of wine since it's right down the road. Every time I've been there the employees are super friendly and it's great! It's not my top choice for food or alcohol/drinks, but I certainly will be back

This kid that’s on the cashier thinks case he’s differentn and no one can tell him or her anything is wrong. I was there with in the time to buy beers and just cause he or she did not like what what response was she did sell me the merch.
