Very happy with Powell Storage. Jeremy made the move in and move out extremely easy and efficient. The place was clean and almost every time I had to go I had the place to my self so never had to worry about parking or congestion like you do at other storage units. Location was extremely convenient for me as well. Definitely would come back again if needed

Exceptional customer service. During my first intake, I was having a difficulty estimating the correct unit size for my needs. Without hesitation I was given a tour and was shown the actual units, which greatly helped in my decision making.
Their professionalism goes above and beyond, and their on site security greatly eases my mind. I am well satisfied and pleased with Powell Storage, and give it the highest of rate.

This place is a waste of time and a rip off. They took my money then wouldn’t give me access and then moved me out of the unit when I drove for three hours to show them my ID again. Told me I had to pay again to make a new rental agreement and nobody will even speak to me. Managers don’t return calls. The office is closed when it’s supposed to open. This place is awful.

Love this storage place. We would have to move very, very far away to consider switching. They are very organized. Everything is kept clean. Service is always great and very flexible.

When people buy a storage at auction, they NEED to have a guest code for people to access the unit. It's ridiculous having to wait for the guy to open the gate & having to explain to Karen's of Powell that we have to exit the entrance gate because we don't have the convenience of a code to get out the exit gate. It's hard enough moving and hauling, but having to wait & explain everytime coming and going is not worth the hassle.....and it makes people want to go all the live with it after the 3rd time each day.
