DO NOT COME BASED ON GRESHAM TOYOTA RECOMMENDATION
No communication unless you call and you never get the whole picture of what’s going on. Continuously lying about when our vehicle will be ready. Dropped my Truck off November 21st. They got the agreed upon estimate (which progressive matched exactly) November 28th. It’s now January 3rd and I still haven’t received my vehicle. 6+ weeks. They lied about not receiving payment from progressive when progressive has the evidence the checks have been cleared on December 4th and 11th. Total of $8,548. They claim I’ve micromanaged by calling weekly to get an update on my vehicle, but I was told less than a week originally and then continuously promised another couple days, another couple days, etc. I will post pictures of our repairs whenever I get my vehicle back.
Finally got the truck back. Decal is missing on the tailgate (not sure why because they didn’t replace the tailgate or paint it) and they completely messed up on another “decal” clear protector on the wheel well. Also the texture of the side they worked on is completely different than the other side. It’s very predominant. They offered to fix the decal, but after the excruciating process of finally having it in our hands I didn’t want them touching our truck any further. These are things we’re notifying our insurance of. Would not recommend for any kind of work. Hopefully this post saves someone.

I was rear ended and there was damage to the frame and trailer hitch, which Precision did a great job repairing. They appear to be very thorough. Ben was very helpful in dealing with insurance, and he communicated well with me.

My Avalon 2014 was with them due to Toyota recall for chipping paint. Car was there for two months. When it was returned, it had several issues related to body repair. Fog lights not working, trunk not opening from physical button, doors giving banging sound because those were taken off, car had a very pungent smell. I took it back to body shop and Ben, the shop owner came in after an hour of wait, towards closing time of shop and kept saying, Oh, it's simple, you could do it yourself. Smell should go away in a week or so. Thus none of the issues was addressed. I took it to Gresham Toyota, they asked me to pay $400 for troubleshooting, which I denied. I did work myself on fog lights and trunk repair. I made it to work within an hour. I have parked my car outside in the sun with doors opened for a week, smells the same. The smell seems due to some kind of chemical they used or spilled inside. Who is going to do or pay for interior detailing? They took off the clear bra from several places. Who will pay for that to reinstall? The only positive view is that Gresham Toyota gave me a loaner car. But it was not worth to take the car for a recall, I believe. The work of body shop is shady, Toyota needs to review the shop approval.

Went in for minor cosmetic, didn't even have a scratch but was bent. Ben gave me an estimate (free) and was straight forward with me, just as Gresham Toyota was (Gresham Toyota refers to Precision body and paint for body and paint work). Gave a complete rundown of what needs to happen all the way down to sensor alignment. Was polite and patient with me as I don't speak mechanic language. I would also recommend working with this company.

These guys went above and beyond for us. The paint match came out perfect but he even did a full frame inspection on my old pickup for me and walked me through things to watch out for. I can’t praise these guys enough.

They did an amazing job, repairing my vehicle after an accident. And will decline on your behalf, subpar materials. Their work is quality. Please keep in mind that that does not mean that it is fast to get quality.

Absolutely great experience getting a minor repair done. They guy was friendly and avuncular, but since he doesn't believe in Google, you should take my review with a grain of salt.No but for real, this is totally where I'll go if I need body work done again.

The main reason I chose to call Precision Gresham is they were previously know as "Jerry's". Jerry's was known for working with fiberglass auto bodies, really the only shop in Gresham. I received a large insurance claim and was looking forward to having a lot of work done. I called and spoke to the front counter person and she was very helpful, confirmed the make and year of my car and verified they work on fiberglass bodies. I made an appointment for an estimate and was really looking forward to meeting with them. The lady I spoke to is the only reason this business got 2 stars from me. She was so nice and when I met with the estimator he was the complete opposite. He said they don't do work on fiberglass bodies and when I mentioned that I received different information from someone else in the office he quickly said "we used to but that guy doesn't work here anymore". He was very rude and told me he couldn't help me and he didn't know any other shops I could call. Despite what their reviews say for this business, they don't work on Corvettes or any other fiberglass auto body. With the amount of money I was willing to spend you would think they would want my business and hire a third party to do any work they couldn't do at their location. Because of the estimator that was having a bad day and was rude to me and the person he was speaking with on the phone I will not go back to this shop. This was a bad experience which is very disappointing because I was looking forward to getting work done there.

When I damaged the front end of my Audi A6 the Audi dealer recommended Prescision Body & Paint in Gresham I am so glad they did. Precision explained the whole process I would face with my auto insurance company. They explained the the insurance company would give an estimate based on the photos I submitted to them, but the estimated would be well below that actual costs. Precision would would then work with the insurance company to ensure that they paid the entire bill. Their prediction was perfect/1 The insurance claim adjuster based his estimate on low-quality after market parts. Precision went back and forth with the adjuster in several email exchanges to explain exactly why the parts they wanted to use would not work (would not fit, not available, etc). In the end the insurance company covered the entire amount less my deductible.Without Precision's efforts I would have been out several thousand dollars. I would use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to friends.

Absolutely horrible place has had our car for nearly two years and after nearly $20,000 they refuse to finish it. They have lost new NOS parts and caused damage.Owner Ron Reichen will not meet or speak with anyone. Ron Reichen spends all his time joining associations that pretend to have the consumers well being at heart. He has hired a new general manager Mike Leib who has no body repair experience and lies out of both side of his mouth. Their restoration shop has come apart at the seams.BEWARE OF PRECISION BODY & PAINT
