I had premier painting and contracting provide a quote for an exterior paint job. During our first meeting, I was impressed with their reviews, Portfolio, and Dave was eager to get my business. After our first conversation, I also had him provide a quote for a section of fencing to be replaced as well. My experience with them went downhill quickly after that.
We were told we would have quotes in a few days. We got the initial quotes relatively timely. I did have a couple questions about the paint quote and when I called to ask he seemed frustrated to have to answer my questions. His demeanor was very different from our first meeting.
When I received the initial fencing quote, it was very low, which was great but I had a concern that perhaps it wasn’t scoped appropriately and we could have unexpected expenses after the project started. I asked Dave to come back out to confirm the pricing. I walked the fence line with him and explained the options we were looking for in the proposal. Dave confirmed measurements and said he would refresh the fence quote and have it to me in a few days.
I never received the refreshed quote despite multiple follow ups over the next two weeks. Each time I followed up, he did not respond at all. I looked for another number to call on their website but the only number listed was for Dave.
What’s unfortunate is that they were our front runner for both the paint and fence projects but lost the business due to exceptionally poor communication.

Great painters! Can’t recommend them more. Easy to work with reliable and they did a great job. Fair pricing for the quality of work. Will definitely use them for future projects.

Primer was a wonderful company to work with, very professional. Matt returned my initial call promptly, came to my home and completed estimate within days, then completed the job all in less than two weeks. All my concerns and adjustments to job were addressed to my satisfaction and all workers were polite and friendly. Wow! I would definitely recommend Primer Painting

Premier was very quick to come out and give us a bid. Their pricing was substantially lower than the two other bids we received. David was incredibly flexible in providing multiple quotes for us as we also needed a good bit of siding replaced and wanted to price out a few different options. The bid was itemized and clearly listed out what we were paying for. We were scheduled very quickly and the job was completed faster than I expected. David was very responsive and answered every question and concern we had throughout the process. We had a few nit picky requests for follow up and it was handled professionally and expeditiously. David made it clear on multiple occasions that the final product had to meet our expectations or the job wasn’t done. The final result was exactly what we hoped for and we couldn’t be happier! Very grateful we decided to go with Premier and would highly recommend them.

Premier did a fantastic job of painting our house exterior. We went with a gray paint and black trim. It looks amazing. Dave and team provided good suggestions on paint accents along the way. And the price was reasonable. Very professional and experienced! Thanks Premier team!?

I am so very happy I put my faith and trust in Premier Painting. I met with Dave who listened and addressed any concerns I had and provided a very reasonable price.I had some repair to wood done before exterior painting. The crew are fantastic! Everyone from Bill to the repair person Jose, were on time, kind, considerate and professional. From the beginning to the end of the work all the crew members were amazing. It is wonderful feeling when the result exceeds your expectations and this is the case for our house . We had water pipes burst in Troutdale during a freeze right before Xmas. PP&C gave us the best quote out of several companies. They were expeditious and provided prompt and professional services. They painted and textured the ceiling and even installed attic access at our request and expense. I would definitely use this company again.
