Our storage got broken into along with 4 more! They don’t care and no apology. All the locks were drilled out and “no one notice”. Then when we asked for our month payment back they said we had to empty the rest of our stuff out by end of day. We got there and our storage was wide open m, they took the lock off. So what was left was feee reign! Worse place ever

Once in awhile nobody will show up to work, which can be a good thing unless you're accused of loitering and they put you on restriction of office hours only and you have to walk through the lobby to get to your storage unit.
