If I could give a zero I would. $405 a month for my things to be destroyed by a rodent infestation at this facility. The facility management did not alert me of an infestation (was not there when I moved my things into storage). Traps were NOT ANYWHERE close to my unit. Visible rodent chew holes found on neighboring units doors. Will not recommend. You can get better units at a different facility that actually cares.

Not bad and it was easy to reserve online and they gave me a good deal but the units have all been broken into and have 3ft holes in both wall due to someone cutting there way through the units and all management did is put a board over it with a couple screws on only one side so I can take off one board and see inside the other unit...undetected now...

It hasn't even been 48 hours and I'm already regretting getting a unit here. Not good camera coverage and the employee is snotty. Being optimistic something will be worth it.

Great customer service. Unit and lock were ready when I arrived. Unit was nice and clean.
