The phlebotomist was polite personable very competent and skilled I was a walk in with many tests in hand and she handled all these factors with good humor and alacrity.

No staff to greet patients when we arrive is very cold. I use a walker and am not strong, so getting in and out of the door was very difficult. The location looks like a large closet was taken over, and only partially retrofit for a lab. The staff was very adequate, but not much more. Other Quest Locations are better...
