Let me just start with I have been going to rob for my service for over 2 years now, I highly recommend all my close friends and family here.
They have absolutely incredible customer service with some of the fastest repair times I have ever seen. This family owned business is one like no one else you just can’t find service like this anymore. He is straight forward honest and has even went out of the way showing me photos of bad parts coming from my sisters vehicle when she blew her alternator. If you want a trustworthy mechanic this family owned business is exactly where you want to go.

Rob's Auto Repair is the BEST! Rob's is always my first choice when my car needs fixin'. Rob and his team are really great at communicating what my car needs, how long it will take, and what they completed. Their communication, customer service, and auto repair skills all receive a 10/10 in my book! The staff are so friendly and remember us every time. If you're looking for a mechanic, I cannot recommend Rob's enough. Truly, a gem of a business!

Reliable and quick. I could tell they had a busy shop, but they cranked out an oil change for me when I showed up. This means a lot to me because I work nights, so my daytime hours are super limited.
My family in Gresham uses Robs auto for anything from tires to buying a used vehicle. Great people here.

Fast, friendly and reliable service. We are new to the area and needed a new mechanic. We called Robs and spoke to Rob himself. We got service that day and it was cheaper then any other quote. Will be using Rob from now on.

I was trying to rent a u-haul from here and they were really short and snippy with me. The man was taunting me when I didnt know how to use the app to check out. The orignal place I had scheduled to rent from only had mobile check out as an option. I was trying to ask clarifying questions and the woman was condescending and aggressive. I had scheduled to rent a u-haul from somewhere else and the u-haul company sent me here because they didn't have a van where I set up a rental at. They gaslit me into saying I had to have insurance on the van, when I have rented uhauls before and that's not that case. I was going to be 65 cents short to be able to rent the u-haul after she told me I had to have insurance and she said she wasn't going to rent it to me unless I had $100 in my account anyways. I have a lot going on right now and I am on a tight schedule and I am going to have to plan weeks out to rent a u-haul again and now I have a storage unit sitting empty, wasting money. I was very proud to be able to tell my loved one who have been graciously storing my stuff while I have been in between places that with my first check I was going to get my stuff out of their garages, houses, etc. Now I have to retract that statement. Really an overall horrible experience and pitiful customer service. Had I not been able to get the u-haul under the same circumstances but they were decent people, this wouldn't feel so defeating and shameful.

The lady at the front has no idea what’s going on and freaked out on me from the jump. They weren’t prepared to handle my appointment and were surprised I was even there. She was a stickler about documentation that was already approved and other shops are accepting. This was all to cover up for the fact they weren’t prepared for my install and an excuse to turn me away. She was an agressive, nervous wreck from the start. Also when I called back to ensure they cancelled the appointment the guy refused to and asked me “why did you do a burnout in front of my shop” ummm like what? Gravel+hill sometimes tires skid. Maybe they should focus less on being confrontational and more on knowing how to do the basic job of a repair shop. Also if you want to do business through a jail window this is your place. Sorry but I’d rather not go to a repair shop that looks like a concession stand.

There's nobody I trust more with my automotive repairs. He never overcharges and often recommends I fix it a different way that's gonna be less expensive than what others might charge.
