Ron Tonkin Gresham engaged in predatory and unethical sales practices, particularly toward a 72-year-old customer.
They sold him a 2020 Subaru WRX that we later learned had FOUR previous owners and an accident history. These facts were not clearly disclosed during the sale. Shortly after purchase, he was forced to spend over $2,000 on a muffler and $1,700 repairing the stereo — unacceptable costs on a vehicle sold by a major dealership.
The very next day, I personally went back to the dealership with him to discuss the deal once the issues came to light. Despite the immediate timing and the seriousness of the situation, management flatly refused to unwind the transaction or offer any reasonable resolution. There was no attempt to help, no accountability, and no concern shown for the customer’s age or financial harm.
As a result, he was left approximately $9,000 upside down and ultimately had to go to an entirely different dealership just to escape the vehicle.
This experience felt calculated and predatory. Ethical dealerships don’t hide vehicle history, rush paperwork, and then shut the door when a vulnerable customer asks for help the next day.
If you value honesty, transparency, or basic decency — do not buy a car here.

Bought a new Hyundai Tuscon driving here all the way from seattle , it was great working with Mike who is knowledgeable and provided good advice and deal , the best part is we worked on the things over the phone itself and purely just walked in to get the new car and my details were all filled out upfront.It was a 10/10 experience having purchasing the vehicle here .
