8:30 in the evening and I'm ready to get into line with my purchases but need to use the rest room. Apparently this Ross does not have a restroom and either they expect their patrons the defecate in the isles or shop elsewhere. I'll take the later. Surprising, the lack of basic courtesy. Y'all are so obsessed with people shoplifting ya hire extra people to wave at us while we leave but don't bother to hire a Janitor? Or is it a plumber ya need? I won't be back and hope others won't also.

Good prices. Kinda creepy. The guard wouldn't let me in until the AI facial recognition was complete. An employee discreetly followed me around the store. Every aisle I was on had clothing on the floor. I like their prices but not sure about the zealous theft prevention. I'll probably think twice before returning to Ross.

Ross has security at the door, and they only allow so many customers in the store at a time. The store was clean, but the checkout is very slow. However, they have lots of socks and that was the reason for our visit

Its just ok, this location is still restricting the amount of shoppers too.... which kinda sucks.

Employees are really slow and only have one person at the checkout stand. And another 11 or so talking to each other by the door.....wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that can afford Fred Meyer, well worth the extra penny's to not deal with the incompetent staff!
