These people are a pain in the ass, I fired them and they have made my life hell. I just got another form from the state for quarterlies. I haven't had an employee since last Fall. It's been a whole year!!!

RPC is amazing. I called needling assistance with my company and Jacob in particular helped me resolve all my issues in a timely, professional manner. The customer service is excellent! Rowell helped us resolve a refiling issue as we moved from LLC to S-Corp, which included reducing/removing taxes that Quickbooks' automated payroll platform told us we owed, when in reality we didn't.While platforms like Gusto and Quickbooks make payroll easy, we greatly appreciate having the human touch from the knowledgable folks at Rowell to guide us. It's been a huge relief knowing they're on our side. Thank you, Rowell team!

I don't think it's possible to express how AMAZING Rowell Payroll Company has been over the past nearly two years. I have a small business and the entire Rowell staff has been helpful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and my payroll is done correctly and on time every month. As a new office admin learning to enter payroll, I have been overwhelmed with how helpful and caring the staff at Rowell have been with me! They have consistently taken the time to help me through the process, as well as take the time to explain the whys and hows of the system. And they are ALWAYS so courteous and pleasant! This is a superb customer service oriented company.
