Applied to this location for a management position. I went in personally to be greeted by 2 gals one associate and one assistant manager Aracely. I ask information for the girl to not really be informative to start demonstrating unethical/unprofessional behavior. Her and the associate started to smirk and laugh. I’m really not sure what’s comical when someone comes in to inquire about a job they applied to. I have worked retail and in management for many years now to running my own small business. And I would be appalled if my employees behaved in that manner when someone comes one to ask about a job. As an assistant manager you set the face of how the company would want people to be treated and you did the complete opposite and that’s why I took back my resume. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate.

Honestly I used to like shopping here. Not anymore I had an horrible experience. I was wanting to try stuff on and the lady that helped me had so an additude and was annoyed that she had to help me. She asked me if I needed the fitting room or not. She had no patience at ALL. If she isn’t happy working there she shouldn’t be working. And I didn’t get her name she didn’t have a name tag on. She had a ponytail. The other lady that checked me out was nice she had braids.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and for the last five years or so I’ve had nothing but the worst customer service every time I come in to this location, they are so rude in there. I will be going 18 minutes out of my way to the troutdale Location from now on.

Store is always super cleN, staff is awesome and one of the few stores that has open dressing rooms. This is my 12yr old daughter's favorite store.

Good selection of clothing, accessories plus a nice staff in the store. Very friendly and outgoing I was the only one in the store and there was quite a few staff members. Have very cute clothes something the younger generation would like.A nice selection of perfume and aftershaves that anyone would like. Jhonathan gave me samples of their perfume sample papers there were nice. They were inexpensive & in beautiful bottles. Something nice for that special birthday.The store was clean, tidy & well organized with plenty of room to walk around the store be sure to stop by & check them out.
