  Do not use pump #6 it will not allow for rewards cards or numbers to be used. Employees were no help either.

  Still a terrible spot. You Get to play ten questions with the machine if you want to use rewards. The employees are useless. There hasnt been paper towels for your window in months.

  The gas attendant Eric S. has horrible guest service. He was complaining about having to pump my gas and making it seem like it was my fault and that my car had an issue. He said he didn’t want to stand there and hold it like it isn’t his job to do it. He needs to be held accountable for how he talks to customer because this isn’t the first time he has talked to me in this manner. The younger gas attendant came to help and finish fueling up my car. He then apologized for Eric’s behavior saying “he gets angry easily” This isn’t the first time this has happened since there seems to be a lot of other negative reviews.

  The unwillingness to do their job and lack of customer service made me have to go use a different fuel station 30 mins away F for effort 😕 and I’m talking about the managers of this Safeway. Attendants were more helpful.

  All the gas attdents were on their phone when I pulled up to get gas. It took about three minutes until someone finally came and pumped my gas. I made sure I was on the side with service.

  Stopped here for diesel and to utilize my safeway rewards points on said diesel. The attendant was super rude. Safeway lets you get up to 25 gallons with rewards of up to a dollar off, my car can hold maybe 14 if I push it (TDI) so my boyfriend brings his super duty to take the rest so we make the most of our rewards. Attendant said we weren't allowed to do that but that he would let it slide this time, it's not posted anywhere that I could see in the fueling area and I've been a safeway fuel customer for my whole life and I've never heard that before. Definitely will not be returning to this location. And since we pumped diesel we didn't even need the attendants help at all. Completely disappointed in this location.

  Bad, I don't know what they're trying to do, literally, I didn't have any gas and they come out with this terrible thing.

  I haven't had any bad experiences. This gas station is really popular because it is located across from Safeway. The line is usually long for the most part, but it is expected with any gas station. Friendly service. They put the gas in for you. I'd come again.

  I left $35 in cash change at the pay station and Henry, the fuel attendant, swiftly gave it back to me. Keep him on board!
