This particular Safeway pharmacy is the only one that does not have medication delivery. The fact that I was not aware of until I waited about a week for my meds and then found out that they had to be refilled.

They had somehow had Me & My Wife scheduled for a Covid Shot instead of a Flu Shot which they instantly corrected on 10/14/2024 at around 11:30 AM!!!

They called to tell me I had a prescription ready. Three days later I went to pick it up. They told me they didn't have a prescription for me. This happened twice. I'm back with Walgreens, even though it's further from my home.

The one single woman running the whole deli area is awesome, and I've had a great experience each time I've gotten food there. I'd give the business 2 stars for understaffing and understocking that same deli, however.

In the last 20 years I have lived all over this country and other countries and have never seen a worse pharmacy. They are the slowest most incompetent place I have see. Even 3rd worls countries have better pharmacies. Trust me avoid thus pharmacy at all cost for me I will be switching to walgreens post hast

They consistently mess up your prescription, had to come back 3 days in a row to fill a two prescription order. They don't seem to know what they're doing behind the counter

The absolute worst pharmacy in the area. If I could give no stars I would give no stars. They actually cost me money because of their errors. The prescription system or lack thereof consistently is offline or experiencing some sort of interruption. in one case they actually made me pay more for less and interrupted my medication cycle. I can understand a one-off but it's consistent, they're consistently disorganized.

I've ALWAYS really liked this pharmacy. I was a customer of Bi-mart pharmacy for 15-20 years and loved it, then they shut down, so I switched to Safeway. They're great!

They can never seem to understand what 2 different perscription strengths I need which usually causes a delay of one, or getting shorted something I need. They give me a day to come in and don't have it ready. There communication between each other is poor and I will never be coming here to get a perscription refilled again. Save your time and go anywhere else.
