It has happened twice now and so they asked for this review. Once I showed up 3mins before closing, they shut the door on me. I wasn’t as mad so I figured try again another day. Once again, I parked the car right in front and as I walked to enter they rolled the metal door down. I saw an employee run to the door to lock it and he made eye contact with me. I looked at my phone and it was 5:55pm exactly. If your schedule is 6pm then close at 6pm. There comes another car parked and we both shook our heads and left. Unacceptable practice!! Yes, I should be go 30mins early….if I had a choice Id be there middle of the day. People actually work and get off 5:30.

No extra virgin olive oil on the shelves. No filet mignons in the meat section. Worst of all a line that stretched almost to the back of the store. Why? Three employees unpacking things in aisles and only one person on the registers. No thanks......

It is very unpleasant to see that cashiers pay more attention to conversations between colleagues than to make their work more efficient. I think that is why they have time to rest or if they have a lot to talk about, make an appointment outside of working hours and be more efficient and professional.

I always seem to find a damn good deal here! Huge pork pork loin on sale and then 40% off...wow! I bought a food sealer and I save big time cutting up my own meats and freezing them if there's too much .... Love this place for the quality and the prices!

The second we walked in the door, we could hear the manager scolding employees on the floor. We heard him continue to yell at them loud enough that we could hear it in the back of the store. I guess they scored poorly on a secret shopper visit. Not really a good reason to yell, or to ruin current real shopping experiences. The employees looked extremely beat down. It was no way to handle it. He went on the intercom and called an employee by name, and said "it's a learning experience". When we got to the front the tension was crazy. We set are stuff down, and he tried to switch tones when he asked how we were doing. When I said "ok", he said I need to perk up and smile essentially. Like I should be chipper for him, it sucked. It sucked as a shopper to hear and see this guy do this.

Very happy! Quick and friendly! I couldn't find pepperoni that didn't have dht in it, but I knew the carried before and Josh helped my mom and I. They had just a few left. We are super thankful and now we can make our pizza. Shout out to Josh and his friendliness, helpfulness, and patience, for our pepperoni fiasco. 10/10 happy
