Great customer service at this place!! Went there today for the second time to have them replace a part and it’s been super cheap and fast both times. And they don’t judge me for my dirty vacuum ? the guys are always also very friendly.

Wonderful to go to a truly honest business. I brought my 5 yr old Dyson Cintic Ball in because the beater head stopped working. I thought and they also thought that the beater was the issue. The ordered me another one and I had also asked for it to be cleaned. When I picked it up it was only the price of the cleaning (99) instead of (249) ! They were able to clean the Dyson and the beater started working again! Praise God! Very honest, they could have made more money if they had not been honest instead they went above and beyond my expectations. I really needed to see that and experience that yesterday, the world has not been kind to me for a long time and this definitely boosted my spirit. Thank you

Took my Dyson in because the battery was pulsing after I thought I had thoroughly cleaned it. Needless to say I didn't do it very well because there was a clear clog up that they removed for me along with just a general cleaning/blowing it all out. The staff was extremely nice about it and didn't charge me anything. Would definitely return in the future and recommend them.
