I have a 2013 gmc 2500hd two tone white and grey. After getting hit in the front end by a drunk driver. I took it to their shop. After all the issues that was wrong with it. They did a good job. The truck drives like how I bought it off the lot originally. Thank you guys for everything.

very prompt and professional, only took them 2 weeks to lose half the screws to my skid plate, crack my splitter, and misdiagnose a broken shifter as needing a new transmission. still waiting on the estimate that i was told i would get emailed a few minutes after we get off the phone a week and a half ago but i’m sure it’s coming any second now

From the first call to picking up my car today, Greg was professional and friendly. Everyone I spoke to in the shop was professional and friendly as well. Not only did they have my Mini repaired sooner than expected, They also had it detailed which was a nice surprise. Thanks Greg and everyone else at superior Auto Body for the great work and friendly service! This kind of customer service is hard to find anymore! Nice Work!

I was rear ended. I went to superior for an estimate.
Progressive also sent a rep to superior. I told them my back tire was screeching like a banshee and felt like it was going to drop my rear end-my exact words. They never did an estimate over my tire, neither of them. My bumper was repaired. And superior said I needed an alignment. So, I paid out of pocket for that. When I picked up my car I drove around the block and back to the shop. I said the problem still exists. He said take it up with progressive. I said I paid you out of pocket. He said it wasn't his responsibility. I left. I ended up taking it to another shop who said it was my bearing and that an alignment is impossible to do and not notice that my tire was barely hanging on. I drive for a living so I am in my car for a good week driving on the freeway with a broken bearing that could have killed me or one of you. Save your money, they never took responsibility and are a scam saying they give services they clearly ever gave. Huge dissatisfaction

Great experience. Nice staff. I had my bumper replaced and they were quick and even gave the inside of my car a detail. It was an awesome surprise.

Very disappointed. Painted my truck three times. Paint is peeling off in large chunks. Went in for a fourth time and the bid was for me to pay. Not happy. Don't bother they don't care.

Called and asked for a quote on a couple things to increase my towing capabilities. Guy said he would call me back with some numbers and never did. It’s too bad because this place was recommended by Gresham Ford.
