Very disappointed. Painted my truck three times. Paint is peeling off in large chunks. Went in for a fourth time and the bid was for me to pay. Not happy. Don't bother they don't care.

Called and asked for a quote on a couple things to increase my towing capabilities. Guy said he would call me back with some numbers and never did. It’s too bad because this place was recommended by Gresham Ford.

Superior auto body and the manager Greg did an amazing job of promptly repairing my vehicle and finishing faster than expected. I'm a perfectionist and walked the repairs with a fine tooth comb and couldn't find a flaw. Superior does great work!

These guys will jack you around as if it was a game....Case in point; I had a small amount of rust in the left rear quarter panel of my pickup truck. A few years ago, I initially paid to have the rust removed and the quarter panel repainted. Subsequently the rust reappeared so I volunteered to split (50/50) the cost of the second repair, only to have the rust reappear yet again less than nine months later. Each time I dropped my pickup off, I asked when it would be convenient for them to work it into their work schedule. Following their suggested drop off date, in all three instances, my truck sat outside in the blistering summer sun for three to four weeks with NO activity, which amounts to well over a MONTH of inconvenience while receiving no indication of any kind (e.g. simply phone call, etc.) as to when the repairs would be completed. Each time I inquired about an expected completion date, I received a blank stare from Greg the supposed Manager. Currently my truck has once again sat UNTOUCHED going on three weeks, so once I'm notified of my vehicle being "completed" this time around, I assure you I will NEVER contract with Superior (AKA Inferior) Auto Body for repair of the simplest of problems!JDM

I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Nobody returns any calls or emails, nobody answers the phone half the time. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and nobody ever called me back. I waited for parts for 6 months and just gave up because nobody would return my messages.

My girlfriend got in a accident and we were told by her insurance to come here and they took a extra week and then said they needed another week so a month later we come back home with it and the window was not working then we had to take it back and get that fixed then when we got home again we found out the window seal was installed incorrectly and now water gets on the back seat every time it rains don't come here unless you have to they can't even restore a 2007 Honda accord to standard condition.
