UPDATEI had given this location 1 star a year ago due to the person working there instead of helping told me to just do everything online(I am not technology savy thats why i had originally came in) however on Monday February 5th I went in because I wanted to inquire about wifi and maybe about trading in my phone, because of my previous experience I went in thinking I had to do this all online however I was wrong. Mikaela was the one who helped me and Mann did she help me. She was super patient, knowledgeable and most important she gave me one of the best customer service. She compared my current line to a new shiwed me the difference and most importantly showed me how I can save money in the long run. I left feeling taken cared off and because of Mikaela I am given this a 5stars.

I had to return an additional line that was accidentally duplicated online. I brought the new-in-box item and returned it and had the line cancelled in an amazingly short amount of time. The customer service provided was legendary. The store was fully staffed and all staff were very welcoming and helpful. Jace helped me with my issue. I am already a T-Mobile internet and mobile customer. Should I need anything additional, this will be the location that I return to. Knowledgable and helpful staff. Win, win.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Employee Rene had the worst attitude I have ever encountered! Acted like he hated his job. Wow, how embarrassing for the company. I went home and cancelled my service because of him!

Very poor management at this store. Hours long wait for a 2-minute transaction. You know people are going to come in after work; Staff accordingly so that people from out of state on vacation who are used to standard level Tmobile service don't have to spend hours of that vacation waiting. But you're in the poor part of town so you think people will accept it. Went to a different Tmobile 1.8 miles away and heard your location has a reputation for always being like that. Again, speaks to poor management. Your excuses about your guys being on break fell on deaf ears.

Rude, and mean.. just stood around & the dude that did "help" us of that's what you want to call it was so sarcastic and just a jerk.. three female employees literally just standing around doing nothing.. sad.. lame.. I'll never go back to the location.

I Was in this store 3 days ago signed up for 2 new phone plans was told by a representative that I qualified for a discount through my employer. to find out later there is a different verification process that I was not told about. So now 3 days later I am being billed over 50 dollars more a month for something that was already agreed upon. the second I have my phones paid off I am running away from T-Mobile

Had a great experience adding a phone line. The employee helping us was very friendly and professional. I don't remember her name but her makeup was flawless and she had a septum ring.

If you have any empathy at all for peoples with disabilities, particularly mental illnesses, steer as far away from T-mobile as possible! I went back to get my wallet that I accidentally left and their staff was unbelievably rude. They speak over me, instructed their employees not to talk to me, and threaten to throw me out of the store. I did not raise my voice. I did curse a few times. My anxiety was peaked! #T-Mobile #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters Jose the store manager, regardless if you are a customer or not, will threaten to throw you out if you show signs of mental health disorders. Jose is not to be trusted. He is an evil man.

Gresham T-Mobile excellent service from Jesus. He was empathetic patient and very sincere with helping a 62 year old with iPhone. Three customers over 50 came in. (iPhone technology). days of land lines. He spent an hour with me. The other young man spent time helping an older lady. we seniors appreciate people like Jesus and the other young man who open the store. For providing us service and having patience with us not understanding the electronics. Jesus is my hero, I got my number back Jesus thank you. I can't praise you enough, help you manager understand that Patients and kind words go a long way. Not smart remarks he gave.

The one person helping us spoke really fast and asked if she could slow her speed down, but she never did. Sent out the the with me email not working as I asked her about it. Her response was I’ll be in the store tomorrow. In other words, your excused now please leave. When ever I asked a question, her answer was, don’t worry about it now. Went home spent 30 minutes with Apple. Do not recommend

Just had great service at this location. They were very busy but courtesy. Especially Jace. He explained that there were new security measures and how I could be put on my son's account. Everyone was very polite.
