I have been having Kristi do my taxes for the last 20 years. She is very professional and always a joy to work with. She has saved me literally thousands of dollars that I otherwise would not have gotten back if I had not had her do my taxes.

Worst experience in my life. DO NOT USE these guys. I wish there was an option for no stars. We went in to see Brad who should have payed attention when running our numbers instead of running his suck the whole time about his vacation to Japan. He did our taxes and he told us we would be getting a $4,800.00 return. We were ecstatic. Over the moon. We haven’t had a refund in years. Well when we went in there today to sign our documents we found out his original numbers were wrong and we would only be getting a $100.00 return. We are deviated. My wife is crying. I’m pissed. Brad never called us at any time after our initial meeting to let us know about his huge ($4,700.00) error. When we went in to sign it tonight it was like a huge slap in the face. We will never go back and we will never recommend this company to anyone. If you are dumb and choose to use them tell them to “shut up and concentrate on the task at hand”. Never again.

Absolute freak show. First preparer wore a Micky Mouse tee shirt and munched on Hostess donuts and candy throughout our meeting. Second preparer was a mumbling stumbling fool who couldn't answer any of my questions. Both of these freaks claimed to be former auditors. Yikes! The icing on the cake was when I spoke with a woman who claimed to be an owner/manager. Her phony concern was betrayed by her crazy and very odd demeanor and the lack of follow-up. Her breath smelled like a sewer. Beware of this firm. It seems like they have grown way past their competencies.

A very unprofessional, expensive mistake. Every possible thing that would have gone wrong, did. DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE BY TAX AND FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS. Still dealing with how to fix so many mistakes and send them to be re-done by competent people. Don't return emails, a month late, no billing agreement (they just send a list of documents completed and a seemingly arbitrary number at the end of our harrowing ordeal.) I wish I could leave zero stars. There was nothing positive about our experience with Kristi, Don or any support staff we interacted with. So disappointed and stressed out by this 'service'.

The most unprofessional organisation i've ever worked with. They ended up filing our taxes 6 months late and ensured us that an extension would cover us. We received a $4600 fee from the IRS. When we confronted tax fin sol, a week went by without any action. We still have no plan from them and no idea what is going on. This was one of a laundry list of reasons why I would not recommend this company.
