The Arden Apartments has one of the best on site teams I have had the pleasure to work with, Consistently on top of all work related projects, Notifying Residents for ease of access into their units for all their Restoration needs. Andrea has been the kindest, most compassionate assistant property manager I’ve had to work for. Keep up the good work everyone!

We moved in 11/15/2023. We really liked the apt layout. The kitchen and dining room were perfect and roomy. We encountered an issue with dishwasher and washing machine - small flood however maintenance responded fast and cleared the little flood. We got new washing machine and dishwasher. We have had excellent maintenance response and friendly. The only downside is constant very loud foot noise from floor above us. We have addresses it with office but it continues to increase. Even though we love our apt we are very disappointed with 2 floor tenant whose noise level keep us up at night till 11 pm. Management stated that we need to document - we have documented it but not to their satisfaction. We are currently looking since management is not addressing the issue.

My Girlfriend and I went in for a scheduled tour and our experience was excellent! Bob and the other staff that were present were very welcoming and professional. The tour with Bob was very informative and he had a concrete answer, without any hesitation for every question we had. Out of the couple complexes we've toured, this one has been the best! Im keeping the rating as a 4 star only because we haven't moved in. Will have an update if that happens 👍

This place is really nice and soon as you walk in the door the leasing team is very welcoming and friendly. Andrea and bob gave a very detailed, organized tour! Also Megan the property manager was able to answer any other questions we had! 10/10 experience definitely thinking about moving here!

This place sucks, my son got yelled at for being inside the pool, there was also mold everywhere when me and my family first moved in
Before you come to this place make sure there isn't any mold around, and staff here were strict especially that one lady that yells at innocent kids

I lived here for a few years, and honestly, it was a constant letdown. Management is overly strict about minor things but completely neglectful when it comes to serious issues. If you’re not one of their favorites, you’re basically ignored.
My apartment had a mold problem that they dragged their feet on, and when it got worse, they stuck me with the cost to fix it. Zero accountability, no real effort to help — just silence unless they’re enforcing a petty rule.
What really shocked me was how they handled fire damage. Some buildings caught fire and were left unrepaired while people were still living in them. The last maintenance manager literally burned down his own unit — and even after that, it felt like nothing changed. That was the final straw for me. I left.
The part that really gets me? They seem to care way more about how the place looks online than how people are actually treated. As long as their public image is polished, they act like everything’s fine — even when it’s clearly not.
If you’re thinking about moving here, think twice. Looks can be deceiving, and behind the surface, there’s a lot they don’t show you.

Living at The Arden has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are very spacious and fully remodeled, offering a modern and comfortable living space. My unit has gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, with cozy carpeted bedrooms. The bedrooms themselves are extremely large, with massive walk-in closets that offer tons of storage. The living room and dining area are open and airy, with a bar-style counter perfect for eating or entertaining—no need for a big dining table. The living room is especially huge and open, giving a beautiful view of the entire space.
The back porch is a lovely bonus, and the bathrooms are nicely updated and clean.
Outside, the property is always very well maintained thanks to Percy, who does an incredible job keeping the grounds looking great. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been responsive and reliable—usually fixing things the same day or within just a couple of days.
Bob in the management office has been consistently helpful and kind. Anytime I had questions, needed an accommodation, or had a concern, both Bob and Percy were my go-to people and were always wonderful to work with. Overall, management has always been quick to communicate and supportive. The resident portal/app is easy to use for submitting maintenance requests, which makes the whole process seamless.
The community itself is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or the surrounding area. While I can slightly hear neighbors from upstairs, the building overall is peaceful.
The 24-hour gym is spacious and includes a sauna, which is a really nice touch. The yards and shared spaces are well-kept, and everything about the area feels comfortable and homey.
I highly recommend The Arden to anyone looking for a safe, spacious, and well-managed place to live.

I do Uber eats I was delivering an order here in the echo apartment area. Your stairs is very uneven. Feels like it’s gonna crack third floor smells like shit smells like heavily with cat pee smells horrible. Also looks like some kind of nuke went off. It’s a mess up there.

As a vendor Love working with Megan property manager and the team at the Arden apartments, our team is always happy going to do projects at the property and the leasing office team is very friendly and helps our team and the tenant very respectfully we happy with our team when working in their home. We look forward to continue working together with the Arden Apartment team.
