DO NOT GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE service. Cut the heck out of my fingers and only gave me 5$ OFF!?? Ridiculous. Probably won’t come back even tho I live across the street. Dissatisfied. The lady could see I was clearly in pain and laughed while saying “sorry”
If you respect yourself and your body, go down the road to Spa Nails. I hope this place gets shut down for malpractice. Had to fix my nails myself because they messed them up. Lumpy, uneven and just all around WRONG. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Won't be going back. I don't need help painting my toes, in fact I do a really good job. Instead today for my birthday I wanted to treat my self and let someone else give me a pedicure so I could relax for a bit. I walked in to ask if they had any time to do a pedicure. They said yes and I was in and out in less than 30 mins for a deluxe $55 pedicure. Instead of using me for quick money, they could have asked if I could come back later for a better experience when they had more time Instead of shuffling me and out really quick between appointments. Don't take walk ins if you can't provide adequate service.

TLDR: This salon is dirty
I am absolutely done with Tips and Toes. I’ve been coming here for years and the place has seriously gone downhill over time. I can’t anymore. I quit getting my eyebrows waxed there a couple years ago after it was clear they never change the linens on the waxing table- having to pull other people’s human hair off before you can lay down yourself. I thought I could still get my toes done there but today is the last time I step foot in the place. The salon is objectively disgusting. It’s unclean. Half the massage chairs are broken and all the towels and linens are all stained. The place has holes and water damage in the wall and ceiling. There are so many salons in the area, I’ll find a new one for myself and my mother and we just won’t be back to dirty Tips n Toes.

Id give five but their massage chairs need a serious overhaul. Second time the controls didn’t adjust the modes. One of the reason i like pedicures is because of the massage chairs. Time to reinvest.

My tech is on vacation and so is my back up, so I decided to try this place. I went in and asked for a dip with gel manicure. Same thing I always get at my regular and back up place. The lady said yes, I understand, then tried to get me to do gel caps. I said no thank you just 1 dip and gel. Okay, do you want shorter? No thank you. She then proceeds to cut several short. I said oh no they are too short. She then said she could fix it with gel caps, which I didn't want. The application process was a but painful as they were shoved up under my cuticle. I was told oh some people hurt some don't. I tried to explain the length I wanted, somehow I have different lengths and only 1 is correct. I wanted to tell her to take it all off and walk out but I don't like confrontation and have a hard tome sticking up for myself. Then she started buffing them and 5 of my cuticles are cut and bleeding. I showed her and she said sometimes they bleed. I left shaking almost in tears. Some are super thick, corners uneven. Different lengths. All I can do is file them myself and hope they grow fast so I can get them redone soon.

Lan is always attentive and tries to accommodate with what I'd like to have done. Never have to wait when I arrive for my appt and I make my appts in advance. My husband also comes and is very happy with Tracy and the mani pedi he gets. Great shop, clean, sanitized and Covid accommodating. Beat shop in Beaverton and great people that work there and great owners!

It's the best in the area for sure! Family run by two sisters that are very friendly, very fast and experts. I would never go anywhere else in town.
