I had Transmedic rebuilt the transmission on my Ford and beef it up. They did an excellent job. Since some of the parts I wanted were aftermarket, it didn't quite work out after installing. They quickly pulled the transmission out and disassembled it. They found the problem and fixed it. It was just a compatibility issue with the heavy duty clutch pack, but they came up with a creative solution that worked.
My truck runs great.
I spoke with Michael and Nash throughout this process, and they were both professional and knowledgeable.
Overall, it couldn't have gone any better.

These guys were great to work with. I was traveling through Portland and my car broke down. I left it with them and they helped me get it back on the road. Their price was fair and their work top notch with excellent customer service.

Great customer service, they were super friendly and walked me through the entire process. I felt really at ease at this shop and service was super quick! I expected to be without a vehicle for 1-2 weeks but it was done within just a few days! I would definitely recommend!

$3,460 to get my 94 E4OD tranny rebuilt, I get it home and notice a leak the next morning.
They left out a bolt!! Couldn't send anyone out to fix it, I guess there insurance doesn't cover house calls, which I understand.
Micheal said I'd have to bring it all the way back in.....
Honestly don't want to go back at all now,
If they forgot a bolt on the outside what did they forget inside my transmission?

Took it back in, they're putting the bolt on now. Their customer service really is 5 stars,
3 stars for my bolt issue though.

We are very pleased with Gresham Transmedic Transmissions. Our Ram Promaster transmission went out a little over a month ago. We had reached out to another company who gave us a high quote and never got back to us when we were ready to have the van brought there. After waiting a couple weeks for a return call we got a referral for Trans Medic, they gave us a quote over the phone and said to bring the van there same day. We had our local tow truck take the van there that day. An employee at Trans Medic called us back the same day to tell us what was wrong and an approximate on how long the repair would take. Lets just say this, they set a reasonable expectation of 1-2 weeks. We got it back in less than a week. The staff there was friendly and explained the warranty and care of the transmission after the repairs and got me on my way. They have exceeded our expectations, and if we ever have any trouble with any of transmissions in our fleet they will be the first place to call.

Came in for a transmission service just to get fluids changed and make sure everything is up-to-date. He’s straightforward. I came in and told him what I needed. He did it. I had the truck the next day. It was ready day of, however. He was Professional and I will definitely be coming back.
