I arrived at this location to get propane just behind another young man, probably in his 20's. We both parked and got our tanks out. He walked up to the station and pushed the bell that is there to alert the staff that someone is outside waiting for propane. I dont know how many times he pushed the button but he only pushed it a few seconds so it couldnt have been more than about 4 times, maybe less. About two minutes later a large Uhaul employee (name tag) Joel, walked out obviously upset about something, took a huge swing and smashed the bell button, knocking it off the wall and with his finger pointed in the young guys face yelled threateningly at him that he only needs to push the bell twice not 30 times!! Then he picked up the bell button off the ground and took it back into the store. He came back a few minutes later and pumped the young guys propane an collected the money. The young guy left and he then pumped my propane. While pumping my propane he said. Sorry im a little cranky but that guy just kept ringing that bell in my ear and im tired of it. I said, "you must be having a bad day" He said nope, good day im going home soon. What amazingly awful service. Terrible attitude. Not trained or disciplined well or he would not think he could get away with that. Very sad. Hopefully the management agrees and will retrain this guy or redirect his career to someplace he doesnt deal with people.

There will be multiple workers and only one person that seems to know how to do any of the work. The bell for the gas refill is always broken and when you go inside always get the “you need to ring the bell”. Employees standing around on their phones and disappearing into the side room instead of helping move customers through.

Rude people with hateful attitudes. Unclean, and did not want to touch things behind the girl. Filthy fingers and fingernails. All and all bad . Ugly experience. Only my second time there and WILL BE MY LAST. Deliverance !

All I wanted was propane. I arrived around noon, and waited in line like everyone else. I got to the front and was told the guy who did the propane was it front helping someone else, so I waited for him to come back in. When he did, he went to the bathroom, then the employee lounge. I was then told by the first guy he was on lunch, could I cone back in an hour. I was not happy, but was polite and left. I did come back later, and got in line again. This time I waited about 45 minutes. Then I was asked to move my truck so they could get one of theirs out. Fine. I did so, and returned to the propane station. I finally tracked the propane guy back inside, and as he was walking towards me, asked politely if he was the propane guy (I already knew he was). He didn't stop walking, didn't even look in my direction, walked right by me, said "Nah", went into the employee lounge, got some sort of tool, walked right back by me and ignored me again, and went back outside. I never got my propane, don't know if I ever would have gotten my propane. I've used U Haul several times in the past, but not this station, and received superior service. I've never been treated so rudely in my entire life. It seemed like this employee had some sort of chip on his shoulder, though I had been nothing but patient and polite. I will certainly never return there.

Every interaction we've had with this location has been less than helpful. You can't get service, when you rent a truck and it breaks down.... good luck getting help when you're trying to move your home. Their attitude is poor and customer service non-existent. They act like the customer is a hassle. Use ANY other location.

It's really nice to have someone as caring and genuinely happy with their work as Dustin was today. I was having a particularly stressful day but Dustin actually turned it around with his cheerful attitude, I appreciate that very much, thank you!

This is one of the better U-Haul rentals that I have been to. The process was quick and easy, and one can leave one's car in their parking lot for a while. The return process was also painless. Everyone, I dealt with, was helpful. The trucks and the van that I rented were clean too. The reason that they lost one star is because every time I went there (three times in a month) one or more employees where not wearing a mask. It made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to touch their equipment. It even more critical with Omicron now that no one's breath and breath droplets be on any surface that the customer might touch...

Went to uhaul to have a voyager break controller installed on my fj cruiser. When I called and got my quote and appointment the person seemed completely confused. I decided to go in and talk to them in person and the manager gave me a completely different quote. When I arrived for my appointment the new person behind the counter gave me another quote. They told me the manager put the info into the computer wrong. 3 quotes from 3 different people. Finally got it installed. First trip with my controller and does it work???? Of course not. I looked at the instructions and it won't pass the setup part. It also says it's supposed to be mounted horizontally and it's clearly not. When talking to the manager to get it fixed he's just being a j*** instead of apologizing. They should be desperately trying to fix the problem instead of making excuses and being unreasonable and getting me scheduled in a proper amount of time. You might be able to clearly use them to rent your moving equipment or storage units but I would not trust them with your personal vehicle at all. He even admitted that they don't follow the instructions when installing the unit. All they do is hook it up to a metal box and all that they care is that it passes the test of this metal box.

After 2 visits and 3 phone calls in 3 weeks still no help. I have been trying to get a trailer hitch installed on my truck. They say they will call but never do. If you want a hitch go somewhere else.

I reserved a moving truck from Uhaul about a month ago and was called this week to say that in a 200 mile radius they had NO trucks for my pick up date, let alone the size I reserved. I asked what I might do instead as we are moving to another state and my lease was ending. They recommend I use a full service moving service or try a competitor. Wow UHaul you really let us down! How do you not have any trucks? Very disappointing service! Are you a truck rental service still? What are you doing with your trucks?

This place is always helpful. Ryan is wonderfully efficient and knowledgeable.The traffic flow leaving this lace is a challenge, but I highly recommend this location as your go-to in Gresham.

The wait time is ridiculous, I would call Ryder I'm sure they can help in a timely manner. So I would use anyone else beside these idiots. I run an automotive shop and I have never treated customers like this. Obviously they are not professional, if they were they wouldn't put customers on hold with a ridiculous automated system and put the customers thru this b********

I visited this U-Haul location on 7/1/2020. I was told I would be charged $86.97 for renting the U-Haul and that I needed to have it back that day by 6PM. I rented the U-Haul at about 2PM so I would have been paying 86.97 for only about 4 hours. When I told my friends I only had the U-Haul for that short of a time they informed me that I should be allowed to use the truck for 24 hours. When I called to explain the situation to the U-Haul store they gave me a hard time. And when I arrived the next day to drop off the truck they attempted to charge me for 2 days although I hadn't even had the truck for 24 hours. The employee started banging his work phone on the wall and screaming the F word infront of everyone in the store. His name on his tag red "Joel D.". Your employees are trying to scam people for sales and are extremely unprofessional. I can't believe they are allowed to treat their customers this way.
