I'm not sure how many people work at this location on a daily basis, not sure they don't need a couple more people. Because it was busy at pick up and drop off. I didn't have to wait long for pick up or drop off. Everyone was running like crazy.. Good customer service and friendly!!

Charged us for 3 gallons of gas for being one gallon short, after asking if we took a photo of the gas level. Muttered about can't read the sign when he thought no one would hear, and the best part, is he doesn't want your business, he literally said we should have hired movers, Instead of using his product. So take his advice, and go somewhere else.

I was very pleased with the service. I didn't catch the gentleman's name at the register, but both him and Wesley (who installed my hitch receiver, hooked up the rental trailer, and finalized me at the register) were polite and helpful. I had brought my car to my dealership prior to my scheduled appts with U-Haul, and they were late with my SCHEDULED oil change, enough to concern me about missing my appt with U-Haul. So, to avoid more inconvenience and a late arrival to U-Haul (no fault of their own) I rescheduled my oil change and arrived to U-Haul early, where they promptly addressed my situation and got started on my vehicle ASAP. Thank you for your good service and I would recommend you to friends in the future!

I need to do move a car . They had a car dolly I needed . Respectful helpful . The last car dolly I went from this place the wheel tie-down ratchet tie strap add broken kick it back and they replaced it within less than 10 minutes and it was on my way with no additional cost

Pulled up. Pushed propane customer service button at filling area. And hang out for a bit. No one came out. I looked over, and Manager is just standing in storage doorway just watching me. Says nothing. And no one came out. So, I walked inside. An employee is stocking shelves. Doesn't greet me. Dosnt stop working. Doesn't even even move so I can just walk in. I go around him, and stand at counter for some time. No one comes. The worker stocking, just walks off. Never said one word to me. Now, I'm alone in store. So I walk out. Manager, still standing there doing nothing, proceeds to just walk away now, and into store. Absolutely terrible service. Should be embarrassed for such lousy customer service. I left. And wont return.

Joel kept calm and collected during a very very busy rush, kept a smile on his face and even cracked jokes to boost my spirits from waiting so long, people like joel are good people.

I pre-registered my truck rental and I still waited 40 minutes in the inside the rental center before I got the truck because there was only one person working.

Kids were unprofessional and when I told them the transmission was slipping he laughed and dismissed me. Never again will I rent a uhaul.

App for pickup and drop off of trucks really sucks. Also they’ve been regularly texting and emailing me asking to review them. I gave you my money already, leave me alone. Bad business practice. That being said the truck did work
