As a long-time customer of this store, I have experienced its evolution through three different ownerships. Throughout these changes, the staff has consistently been friendly and accommodating. I have observed significant improvements in the store's operations; the staff recognizes me and often retrieves my packages before I even reach the counter. Additionally, the store maintains a clean, organized, and friendly environment, enhancing the overall experience.

They aren't perfect but they are really good. It never takes too long to get through the line; they are quick and efficient while still being friendly and not seeming stressed.

This UPS location always has friendly people helping and quick and efficient service. Even when it’s busy, they have people come out and try to help those in line which we really appreciate.

I was so impressed with that store - and particularly with the kindness and efficiency of Rachel and Danielle! They really came thru for me in a pinch and I will recommend that UPS store to everyone!

We arrived 13 minutes before the store at 2870 NE Hogan Dr Ste E Gresham, OR 97030 closed, needing a notarized signature. The lady at the counter (Bella) informed me about their 30 min cutoff policy for notary services before the store closes. I let her know that an important document was going to go overdue if I didn't get the signature notarized that day. The two employees (Amy and Bella) made an exception and went ahead and notarized the signature. This is exceptional customer service, which is what warranted this review. Thank you Amy and Bella for your dedication to your jobs and providing an amazing experience. We will be back!

The new owner is AWESOME!! She was on her way out, at the end of her shift and stopped to help 2 of us who were in line, waiting to ship items.
I wish more business owners were like her!!

People - nice, helpful, fast
Store - bright, clean, open
Hours - not enough and there is a discrepancy between all the online info and rl opening times. Also could use a big open sign. It was hard to tell if they were open

I have a mailbox here and I get a lot of Amazon packages (yeah!). The staff are AWESOME!! Yes the store is busy at times, but it's a shipping store so .....
Even if customers are being buttheads the staff do a great job of getting things done. And Amy the new owner is just as cool as her staff!! Staff really know their stuff. And if it is busy just be patient because the service you will receive is EXCELLENT.

I've been going to this place for years and need to finally leave a review. They are always busy and somehow always moving that line through so quickly and efficiently. They are kind, calm, and help with all my questions. Their drop off area for Amazon returns is easy to use and get a receipt! They helped me with a Verizon return today so quickly and easily! (I had started at the Verizon Store and they couldn't provide any help with it)
