This location is truly not good. Expect to wait at least 20 mins on every visit. Cashiers are painfully slow and the location is always way too busy for the staffing. Sadly amazon will not let me go anywhere else close. Wish the manager would make this location more efficient.

I come here on a regular basis and it is something I truly dread. There is always a line out the door and it’s a mix between people that are totally unprepared and need major assistance, a passport photo or something time consuming and others who want to drop off an Amazon return (but are also totally unprepared). You will wait in the long line every time. This store is too small to handle the amount of customers and does not haveenough employees or a system that makes it work.

DO NOT GO HERE! On December 21 the owner charged me $118 to ship a smaller package so it could be guaranteed delivery before Christmas, 2nd Day Air. The package arrived at 2 pm on Dec 26 and I called the store immediately. The young man on the phone was very polite and apologetic and assured me the owner would call me as soon as she was back in the shop the next day. No call. I called her today 12/29, she could not have been more rude. No gesture to make it right, no refund offered. Just kept repeating "We can't guarantee anything except overnight air", and "We never deliver on Sunday cos of course we couldn't deliver on 12:24." Like I was supposed to know that?

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. Luckily the nice hard-working employees have made up for it. Not this time, after waiting in a long line I made it up to the front, where I was “helped” by the self-proclaimed owner. I let her know that I just needed the shipping label and I sent it to the email that they had me send it to last time. She got the label, attached it, and scanned it, and then took my box, before informing me I owed them $2 for printing my label, the charge for printing the UPS label was not mentioned or any display noticed anywhere before the transaction. I also have never been informed about any charge to print the UPS label at this or any other UPS store before. I guess I’m crazy to think UPS would print an ups label for free. I suggest giving your UPS business to another location with a better/nicer owner when you have the opportunity.

As awful ever. My box became a little un-taped. The kid at the counter who gave off the impression he was in personal hell, charged me $2 for a 6” piece of tape. Pretty sure he made more than $2 in the 10 minutes he fumbled around doing nothing while I stood there. (This was after telling me he couldn’t take the package)Thanks dude. Great service. I don’t mind paying for things, but this ISN'T IT. He also got super annoyed I wanted my receipt. Weird, you made me pay $2 for a little piece of tape……YES GIVE ME MY RECEIPT. IT IS YOUR JOB. For the absurd amount you charge for anything, at least smile and say thank you. I’d 100% fire this guy on the spot if this was my business. The lady in front of me was incredibly friendly, and by the end of her transaction with captain unhappy she also left upset. It is the young blonde guy that is new. I believe the manager was there watching all of this…….he just let it happen……….as unfriendly as the new kid. Any normal owner or manager wouldn’t tolerate this, however, this is status quo for this UPS store. It’s been like this for years. This place absolutely sucks, just read the other reviews.Update: STILL TERRIBLE. You don’t need the time and date of my trips. Just read these reviews……to me it looks like ALL TIMES and ALL DATES you are terrible.

Went in to see how much to send a small package to London. The clerk quoted me $175!The package weighed 5 oz.A family member has a small business and ships worldwide. Said that couldn’t have been right. .The UPS clerk sent me to USPS. They quoted me $20 for first class and $65 for priority.Seems like UPS doesn’t want to ship internationally.

The young man working here is so unfriendly and looks miserable. he shouldn’t be working with customers. Also very slow and zero sense of urgency

On 9/13/23 I walked into do a Amazon return. A male employee was helping someone, but acknowledged me that someone will be right with me. He finally asked one of the girls in back for help. In a rude voice she yells back “why”. He tells her there’s a customer waiting for help.The whole time this young Caucasian girl was so rude to me. Like I was interrupting her conversation she was having in back with another female co-worker.No one seems to want to work these days and hard to find good help. Since covid good employees with great customer service is hard to find.

When in to send a package, waiting in line I noticed a young man behind the counter helping customers or at least that was his job. Very unfriendly and looked like he hated his job and customers. I do not recommend this store! Very unfriendly
