This bank and especially this location are the worst. As many other reviews have stated they are consistently understaffed and don’t offer the necessary assistance for me to be able to complete important business transactions. Every bank I have worked with in the past has allowed me to quickly and easily send wire transfers but every time I come here there is some reason they can’t do it. Not to mention they keep raising the fees. $75 to send a payment is not reasonable. US bank is always finding a way to squeeze their customers out of every penny possible. What a shame.

At 2pm no one can answer the phones. I called the main branch number and the branch manager desk a of times no one answers this is ridiculous. I would go down there but I am at work and sometimes people need to use phones.

Extremely disappointed in US Bank. We live in a day and age when fraudulent activity can happen to any one. My partner apparently had a fraudulent check attempted to be placed in her account and due to this US Bank closed her account. They did not contact her to tell her they were closing her account or contact her to try to verify if she was the one trying to deposit the check. When she went in to this branch to figure out what was happening with her account they implied to her that she should “tell the truth”, implying that she was aware of the fraudulent check. Which she was not aware of it and was just trying to get access to the little money she has. This was the first and only time this happened and they immediately closed her account and now she can no longer bank with them. I have banked with US bank since high school and I am extremely disappointed in this and the treatment she received from this branch. What is the point of having security measures and verifying signatures if you don’t even utilize those protective measures. Disappointed to say the least.

The new drive up ATM has no cover so when it's raining your money /checks/ recite get wet not to mention your car. This Gresham branch has totally went down hill. The machines dont work have of the time
